I love mine. Such a nice bike, hit 30km/h and then it takes off like a rocket.
utile e funzionale
I own a Suzuki Burgman 650 Executive and I consider that to be the benchmark of maxi-scooters. These are designed for touring, getting out on the open roads and backroads on the weekend. Whilst the video shows the scooter seemingly performing well even 2 up I feel the 300 engine would be a too small for a long day spent exploring the countryside at 110km/h (the national speed limit in Australia where I live). I once owned a Piaggio MP3 400 and whilst I rode it a few times for my daily commute (a round trip of 200kms) I felt it was in need of a bit more grunt. I reckoned the Gilera 500 MP3 was better for long days of touring - the days of summer when it is still light at 8PM thanks to daylight saving. So in regard to the Kymco featured here I know there is a 550 and I think that would be a better bike for touring. All that said I like to conclude my comments on bike videos by saying ride what you like. what you can afford and what suits the riding you do. It is the ride not the destination, it is journey not how fast you were going or how quickly you got there. Enjoy the road with friends or just enjoy the scenery.
The engine is the best part of this scooter . Very powerful for a 300cc
Yamaha
A 650cc Burgman would be a pain to drive every day to work and back in traffic... is too big and the fuel consumption is more then my naked cb650r. The kymco 300 does both, i can drive it to work in full traffic, low fuel consumption and then weekends going to the beach with my wife or out of the city is perfect. The 650 is just too big too complicated
@@AndreA-wj2lk I agree the Burgman (which is no longer sold in Australia) would be unsuitable for the daily commute. The 6th gear found when using the manual option does improve fuel economy but not by much. The Kymco 300 might be a better option but as I said in my original comment it seems a bit small (at least to me) for a touring scooter. Those are my thoughts.
@@rogersmith5371burgman 400 is a great compromise
Linda demais!

What's that slotted disc seen at 1:40? Is that ABS? I have had one accident that wouldn't have happened if my Grand Vista had ABS
What about leaning? My Grand Vista is limited because it can only lean 35 degrees before scraping something
+CloudchaserShaconag yes, that is ABS
