@@sapphiregamingyt What version of the game do you have? If it's Plus, you have to build the decompliation files entirely from scratch because the release version of the mod predates the Plus DLC. The version I'm using is vanilla Mania, fully compatible with this mod and is on the GitHub Sonic Mania Decompliation page. Follow it step by step and you should get it working. For the Plus version, refer to the Retro Engine Modding Server as they have far more knowledge than I do.
That's right. If you run the vanilla version of the game, that's how I was able to get it to work. To run Plus, refer to the good people on the Retro Engine Modding Server or if you have troubleshooting problems for this. They fixed my issue quickly. The mod creator himself is actually on the server.
I did timestamp all of Knuckles"s exclusive levels and included them into the playthrough with transitions, along with his Hyper abilities. Did you want a FULL playthrough? I can do that if you wish! 😁

You don't actually need the mod however if you don't mind not being able to save. You can use a code on the Debug Mode/Level Select by selecting the following sounds: 09, 00, 00, 01. When you have done this, you will hear an audio cue and you can get all of Sonic's moveset that way, but you can only play on No Save Mode.

There were a few lag spikes here and there but I did the whole thing live and in a single sitting so there were times the computer needs to do a bit background processing, hence the occasional lag. I did try and keep it to a minimum

I like sonic mania alot including other sonic games and fangames ( btw it went laggy here 1:49:52 )
