Hey everyone! Thanks so much for all the views on this video. A lot of people are having trouble getting this to work. I just downloaded it and then used a free program on the microsoft store called BreeZip to extract the files. Then I opened WindowsZone.exe and it worked for me. I have no idea why it isn't working for a lot of people. But maybe they aren't extracting the file. Anyway, I hope that helps! -Darby

@@mavendeo I used to have a tiny game where your given objects to "destroy" your desktop with, like hammers. You hit reset and your screen becomes good as new

I remember playing this a long time ago and just lagging my computer *_A LOT_*
Also you can change some game files to be any character you want (Amy for example, it's already in the game files and you can also play as "Metal Sonic" which i think is just sonic but he jumps higher?)
It would be a nice video idea to mod the game to play as Sunky (And maybe even mod the objects themselves)

Amy already in the game files? no for me it isnt. i have no idea how to install the extras.
when you open windowszone.exe, It should open the updater. then click the checkbox next to the things you want and then click download selected and exit. (you need to click the checkbox twice)

I had or something like this YEARS ago as a teenager on my ooooold PC. It was called Sonic Desktop Buddy and it functioned the same way. This has more features than I remember though.
It's really neat

Yeah, it looks nice, though I’m a bit reserved on the security side of things as it’s able to interact with your other programs albeit only via pushing them from side to side. All in all, some very nice programming on display in this fan game/desktop toy, methinks. 😸

While this is indeed pretty cool, I personally would prefer something more passive on my desktop like a Rainmeter or Samurize widget where Sonic runs around or something in response to an event, maybe like a music visualization skin or something. Would you happen to know of anything like that?

I made a fangame called Hyper’s Quest: Tube-iverse in Peril that had a meta UA-cam story and levels, but nothing THIS meta. This would’ve fit right in with the game.
