Are you using the cloned VCDS or a genuine one? Because I'm unable to establish connection to Virtus via Clone VCDS but can connect to Vento, Rapid & Polo.

It depends on service center to service centre and how's your relation with them. Some may void your warranty some may not.
Has VCDS come up by any chance for SFD unlock tokens , were you able to do gateway coding for SFD lock functions ?
No need to unlock tokens
But MQB Evo platform cars have SFD protection with certain control modules like Can gateway , Instrument cluster even 5 F module, Have been using VCDS since 2018 , has vcds come up with any solution
