what i've learned from this video:
- whenever a patient presents with head injury, order CT
- always protect the airway of the patient
- give oxygen if the saturation of the oxygen is less than 92% or if the patient is hypoxic
- immobilize the neck till the injury of the cervical spine has been excluded
- in cases of trauma, spinal injury is common, slight negligence can damage the spinal cord so immobilization of the cervical spine is essential
- spine intubate if their gcs is 8 or less
- hyperventilate the patient if needed
- sometimes there is raised intracranial pressure that can be treated by hyperventilation
- stop blood loss and support circulation
- if there's a shock, treat with aggressive fluid resuscination
- if there's seizures, treat it with lorazepam in combination with phenotoid and then assess the level of consciousness

Because as I analyzed events, the ongoing battle now are not just economy, spiritual, warfare like non escalating conflicts, yet but also the major battle of the future, the Nerd battles mostly of intellectually gifted Scientists, Doctors, Inventors like the Chinese scientists and U.S scientists research and development rivalries.
