Hi Rowena, thanks for sharing your template. I have read & re-reading Atomic habits & How to fail & win big. The systems idea was mind blowing for me....I am now seeing where I was failing... I was thinking how to setup system and found your channel by chance? or choice?, i'm not sure but am very thankful for ur video
I like how you explained doing a lot honestly makes you a little cuckoo so planning the night before ensures you can be a little cuckoo because you're not focusing on what you have to complete you're just getting it done BECAUSE u put the work it like nobody wants to be crazy
I've been following along with the notion templates. I really enjoy the way you have structured the worksheets 😄. I did have a very confusing problem with this worksheet though. It doesn't actually populate my values database, it refers to your template db. I ended up re-linking my own databases to make it work. I'm grateful for your hard work and dedication to our wellbeing, and this hiccup has pushed me to learn more about Notion lol🌱🧠💪
You’ve literally changed me and my life. I tried counselling and CBT and nothing had helped me but all of your challenges on Vibely and worksheets and videos have changed my life. I cannot thank you enough. I hit rock bottom last year and couldn’t see a way back up, so please Know you are appreciated more than can be articulated and my gratitude to you is unfathomable 🙏💓
For me personally, my lack of motivation comes from feeling overwhelmed with the infinite number of tasks I have to do. I like to break them down and try not to think of the whole project but try to look at just one task at a time. Thanks for this video, you're doing a great job and explain everything so well :)
Same here but what I found is once I get to a hurdle or roadblock/ person that makes it extremely difficult to get something accomplished, I just give up entirely. Then revisit the task after some time has passed.
I do have a tip! My sistem is called "the lazy routine". When I don't feel like doing my night routine, I convince my self to do at least one of the task I need to do. So a couple of years ago, on my lazy days I would just wash my teeth very quickly with manual brush and go to bed. Some days I just end up the having the full routine anyways. On Others, I just do this lazy routine, which consists of only essential steps. But whit time, it almost came natural to add steps to the lazy routine, one at a time. The first step felt easy even on days I was tired, so I added another one, and another one, and so on. Today, my "lazy" routine consists in fully and properly brushing my teeth, flossing, double cleansing my face, exfoliating torner and moisturizer. This is very close to my everyday normal routine! Just start small and then keep adding steps until at some point even if you don't feel like you will still do a simpler routine which is vetter than nothing. Eventually at some point you will just stick with doing the proper routine everyday! Also the lazy days happens a lot less frequently than before!!
I would add to the reasons: lacking energy and lacking fun. Energy is a big one because the more you expect from yourself, the more brain power and energy in general you'll need. That's why it's important to prioritize not only sleep and rest but also moving your body AND not overloading yourself because you'll burn out eventually. The second thing is fun and unfortunately in productivity land we keep it in the backburner or worse we want fun to be useful. Fun should serve no purpose and be priority #2 if you want to live a long fulfilling life that can support so many goals.
If y’all are struggling with figuring out what work environment suits you best, start taking note of the little things you find irritating and comfortable about your space. This will let you know where you need to make changes and you can streamline the process as your awareness grows 😊
I have a big tip for u all. Last year I seriously procastinated my studying, i got covid 1st Jan 22 but learnt that resting my body is just as productive. Since i got better, i thought of studying for couple hours a day 5 days a week. Not even a month in and I have submitted 5 modules!! Small gradual steps over time provide big accomplishments ^_^
I think the best thing I’ve done in terms of setting systems this month is shifting from daily habits to different frequencies. For example, I want to relearn the French I’ve forgotten from school and become completely fluent, so I use Duolingo daily, but study in depth through other lesson plans or consume French media only 3 days a week. I’ve already set the days up in advance too, and I still put it up on a habit tracker where the days I’m not supposed to do something are greyed out. So there’s still a sense of it being a habit and wanting to keep it up, but at the same time I’m a little more lenient with myself and I understand that there are like 6 categories in life I need to improve on and more than a dozen actionable goals, so I can’t do all these things every single day. It’s much more realistic for me to divide things throughout the week so I can get more done and be more inspired the next week. I think turning everything into a daily habit tracker, for me, is something that’s just designed to fail. Understanding what works for you and what doesn’t is so important.
I’m still working through finding a system that works for me, trying to prioritize tasks that make me feel happy (like taking a walk) vs tasks that take a lot of out me (like freelance work). This week I bought a daily planner and I’ve been trying to loosely plan out what to do when and adjusting it each day until I find the perfect routine for me. I’m still having a hard time getting myself into the mindset to start working (#ADHDlife + 0 Self Discipline) but I’m still determined and hopeful that I’ll find a routine that works for me!
Ah yes, ADHD. I recently found a plain notebook (that I’ve had for 10 years and barely used but started organising to move house with and just kept going) that works perfectly for me as a planner. The best part? The pages start blank. I have no idea why that matters but my brain is adamant… and wouldn’t you know it, the style of notebook is impossible to find ready made, so I’ve had to make peace with shelling out for custom made, alas. And the gym everyday? Gross no thank you. Laps of my local, heated, public pool? Horse riding lessons?? Yes please, very much! I was only diagnosed 6months ago so I’m still learning how to streamline everything. It’s been a big relief to finally have a starting point for my solutions! If I follow the dopamine, I’ll be happier now *and* later, *and* more productive. Win-win!
Quote (but probably not exactly): “….if you’re too focused on accomplishing your goal, it becomes a fixed mind state and you operate in a failure state until you reach the goal….” GOLD!!! Pretty sure that’s how I operate but I’ll be mindful going forward
Hi! I found this video so helpful so thank you. I thought I would share something I do when I really lack motivation and feel like I have no purpose. I called it a ‘reset routine’ in which I’ll open a window, burn some incense, light a candle and tidy my spaces. This includes both physical spaces and my online spaces. I’ll put away clothes, move some furniture I think is in the wrong place, unfollow unhelpful people and focus more on reconnecting myself. This step will usually include a longer shower, skincare, meditation and some light exercise. Whenever I feel stuck in a rut or just feel like I’m missing something I’ll follow these steps. Usually after doing so, it’ll give me some sort of push to get through what I was struggling with or help clear my mind
Changing the negative self talk and finding ways to change our habits productively is such a a great message! Definitely changing my systems with your tips 🙏🏽💜
The title of this video is exactly how I’m feeling 😣 fortunately my job keeps me somewhat in a routine, so finding a balance between discipline and being gentle with myself has been really helpful!
Omg the thing about being in a failure state when you're focusing on the goal hit HARD! As always coming through with exactly what we need to hear and doing it in style 👏😍
In terms of time tracking, working in consistent chunks of time, setting your goals for that time at the beginning and honestly reflecting how much you got done (and then taking a break!) has been so, so helpful in teaching me what I can truly expect to get done in an averagely productive 2 hrs.I joined this group where there are online, 2 hr deep work sessions and it's so useful for learning how to plan my time realistically!
2021 was an incredibly hard year for me, and the idea of changing my plans from having "goals" to making "systems" has been so meaningful to me. These worksheets have been an incredible start, and I feel so motivated to build the life I want this year. So grateful for you!
ngl, this video made me cry. I fell into a huge mental slump some time ago and have been feeling extremely unmotivated and unfocused, and this video really reminded me that I can still change things and get better. just hearing about the way one can set up systems and find new ways to live happy and at peace with oneself did a lot for me just now, so thank you so, so much for that, Rowena!! you're always such a joy to listen to, and a ginormous pick-me-up when I'm feeling down, not to mention a huuuge motivator 💖 thank you!!
I was procrastinating doing the '12 week year'(the book) system, but this, what you shared, took away my overwhelm, yes this, I can do, thank you soo much for all your hard work, the worksheets are amazing, and happiest new year
You’ve literally changed me. I tried counselling and CBT and nothing has helped me but all of your challenges on Vibely and worksheets and videos have changed my life. I cannot thank you enough. I hit rock bottom last year and couldn’t see a way back up, so Know you are appreciated more than can be articulated 🙏💓
I just started a new job and maybe it’s the change but I’ve been having a lot of ups and downs. Ups when I do things correctly and downs when I encounter delays or other events out of my control. I’ve been feeling really unmotivated and this video gave couple solutions I can try out. This video just brightened my day. Thank you!
This came so perfectly into my life!!! Everything in the video applies to me lol but lacking in purpose has been the big one. Most of my life has just been studying, and even if I did end up studying something I enjoy, I feel so lost in the next step of starting a career because there's nothing concrete to guide me anymore. I just relied on class schedules and assignments to keep me going and make me feel like I had a purpose to strive for. I'm reading Atomic Habits right now and it's amazing! Having systems will definitely be my remedy to my floaty "schedule" and life. Thank you for the video and the worksheets
I find that the pomodoro method has really helped me these past few months. Having that set time to focus on a task & then having the 5 minute mini break as a reward really helps my brain focus. I’m also trying to get in the habit of looking at projects, especially at work, as individual tasks instead of the entire gigantic project. Looking at the project as a whole can be overwhelming and stressful but looking at the smaller, individual tasks really helps. Great video as always, Ro! ☀
ur videos always feel like therapy sessions to me. what i hope to learn rn though is what to do when you're taking a "healing break" - all this so-called freedom w being unemployed is paralyzing me and causing anxiety. i feel like i need to look a new job but then i know that won't really fix my mental state. i wanna learn how to actually take a break and heal from traumas, depression, and anxiety 🥲
a new life stage is meaning my old systems arent working anymore & i was really reluctant to admit that, but this video absolutely gave me the push to really reflect & set new systems so i can stop feeling like a guilty potat & more of a productive potat!
It's my first time filling out a worksheet & following along with your reset and even just the process of Deciding What My Values Are and prioritizing them has given me a lot of clarity about how I aspire to live and has helped me immensely - I noticed my kneejerk reactions and actions are changing (just a smidge) even BEFORE i put the systems into action. ROWENAAAAA THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
This video was what I needed to pick myself of feeling crappy and lost for last 10 days. You are simply the BEST Rowena. I am truly grateful that I found you . 💜💜💜💜
I just want to say that I can't thank you enough for this project. I am 20. Mentally, I feel that I have only 1 or 2 years of true consciousness. I have tried more than once to do this process, but I didn't know how to make it easier. I love you very much. A thousand blessings to you. 🥰🥰💌💌💝💝
i fr woke up thinking "yo how can i get through this like i've been so unproductive this week wth is happening" and this just showed up in my recommendations, soo thank you veeeery much, I needed this
Some time slots for myself 4:41 diffrence between goal and system 5:20 the stepss 6:16 step 1 6:33 step 2 7:00 step 3 9:56 step 4 11:17 another good quote 12:59 time blocking (focus) 13:49 time tracking 15:50 Environment
the point on lacking purpose really opened my eyes, it might seem silly but I never considered I'd need to focus on that to help my motivation. I've been having a hard time adjusting to being a homemaker, but with my first baby due this spring I now feel like I can really pour my energy into that new purpose I'm going to have. thank you so much!!
Thanks for this video, I just finished part 3 yesterday so I'm excited to complete this 2022 plan! One thing I've been trying to adopt is something my fitness trainer suggested, which is a daily review. At the beginning of the day she'll write down her to 5 non-negotiable priorities for the day and at the end she asks her self four questions: 1. What went well? 2. What didn't go so well? 3. What lessons did I learn / things did I notice? 4. How can I use these lessons to improve myself tomorrow? The intention is to spot any patterns that might pop up and adjust from there. I haven't been able to keep up with it each day but when I do, it's a nice way to reflect on the day and re-assess. Excited to see what this year has in store!
I was so unmotivated and hopeless lying in my bed, but thanks to your video now I feel really inspired to kick myself out of bed and do something, because the little things I do today are the systems that will bring me success and happiness everyday, thank you for organising my head and the chill and cozy energy boost I needed
Hi Rowena! I listen to you say in the video that if one person was helped by your worksheet that you would be so happy. I wanted to express my gratitude for your worksheet and guidance. I would say that because I finished your worksheets and because I have been doing the monthly reviews that my entire life has improved. The questions were so well thought out. They really helped me dig deep. When I got to the end of the worksheets I could not believe what I had accomplished. It's now February and I accomplished the goals that I wanted to for basically the entire year. The monthly review helped me create a new iteration and more goals to further my progress. I deeply believe in progress not perfection and you in the system have helped me so much! I think this year I finally starting living the life that I always dreamed of. Thanks ❤️
Can I just say that besides your helpful tipps and tricks it is your confidence about finding your own way, sticking to your systems and thriving throughout! Thank you for this❤️
Yessss! Lack of purpose! My direction is so clouded because I have no clear purpose. Nothing specific to work towards. Are your intentions the same as your purpose?
Love you ! I have been feeling a little down lately and kind of sad 😥. I didn't feel like doing anything and after not doing anything I feel even badder. I hope it gets better soon. You really give me motivation and make me feel happy and better.
I've watching you for about two years now and I've watched your growth. i'm so inspired by you and your videos, the dedication and time you put into them really shows and your system have helped me a lot to navigate life. even though i have not stick to habits or do perfectly my systems, your videos helped a lot to get back on track and try again. thank you so much Rowena :) i love listening to you so im excited about the podcast
Ro, we have never met and yet I feel so close and connected to you. You're the big sister I always wished I had but never did x Thank you for being you, you're amazing. Big hugs xx
These videos always show up on my recommended at the right time lol I always start watching these videos feeling super stressed out and overwhelmed but end up feeling so calm and reassured that I CAN overcome these difficulties and there are realistic steps to do so. Thank you so much for these videos!
Your video randomly started playing on Auto-play and it must’ve been fate. 2 mins in i HAD to subscribe, I literally love the fact you’re so Type A with all the notion templates and the incredible organisation of everything. Aaaah so satisfying, this channel is abit of me 🥰 Cant wait to binge watch you now 🥰🥰🥰
I have loved setting my goals with you the past two years. It’s been helpful watching you reflect out loud. Just read Atomic Habits and the concept of daily habits vs goals is crucial. Thanks so much for your great content!
Rowena I love your videos. It's helps me get back up whenever I have a setback. The worksheets are sooo good. Thankyou for putting so much effort and care in your videos..... I can actually feel the care that you have for those who see your videos. I am so grateful to be your subscriber.
you don't know how much help you're giving me with all of your videos T^T almost all of the things you have said hits me and i'm ready now for a sustainable change
i was literally feeling like i dont wna do anyt at all even though i was on my last 2.5 weeks of school before my holidays.. i really needed this thank you
Thank you for sharing Rowena! The first time I came across the idea of setting systems rather than goals is from Atomic Habits, too. But somehow find it hard to execute, so this video is extremely helpful. Being someone who's a creator as well, I think having protected time is so so important. It's easy to fall into the trap to keep working and editing, but that will eventually lead to more burnouts.
When I feel unmotivated or like not doing something but I need to do it, like studying I sit on my studytable and with an open book and do nothing except sitting there. And eventually I start studying. It's a bit time consuming but it helps. Even if you are sitting there, you might get a bit of motivation and then you do it every day and it becomes a habit.
Desperately needed this video. Been in a horrible slump and finally going to go through this template and set up my life how I WANT. Love your shirt btw c: you look glowing.
thank you SO much for sharing such valuable knowledge and thoughts! i can't express how much you've helped me in the past few years 🥰 i am glad for being able to grow with you!
Ah Ro! You never miss that's for sure. I've been feeling a bit overwhelmed I think these past few days but I'm trying to be a more proactive and productive version of myself this year. Using the time effiently so that I can have more time to do the things I want without feeling guilty about something, just feeling good✨😭 so yea I was doing alright for a few weeks but then my mind started to make few manageable tasks into the a big deal which sidetracked me. So this video is really helpful in first getting me out the gutter😂 i realized that I should start writing more actionable steps and actually show up to them cause sometimes I miss my own deadlines bc of other things like academics. But if I miss it, fine, I'll reschedule it and try again another day. But at the end of the day, i want to make sure I don't become too complacent of myself. I'll keep doing my best!
Hi Rowena! I use a similar system to get my stuff done during the week (month and year). I plan all my week on Sundays, and then I re-check each day in case I have to do a new activity. Creating content while working on a full time job is really hard some times, but if we know how to plan and create the best system for ourselves, then rest is just ‘have fun’ with the flow 😅 Greetings from Chile 🇨🇱❤️
Can you make a video of how you deal with interruptions (if this is something you relate to)? Or how you keep flexibility in a schedule? For example, I live with my family and it’s not always plausible to have a strict schedule because things pop up
Thank you so much for this Rowena! ♥️ This breakdown is so helpful, I'm really trying to optimize my systems! Also the astrological new year starts in Aries season (March 21st) in case anyone watches this at a later date and wants to take that into consideration haha. 😂
Hi love your content and I’ve been a potato for like 4 years now. Thank you so much for the dedication you put into providing these resources and most importantly this community. As a person struggling with mental health issues and nurodivergence ( anxiety, depression, ADHD) it can be hard to maintain these amazing and useful systems while battling those unpredictable mental and emotional curve balls .This said it would be helpful if you made a series or added components that tackle rough mental health seasons or how to get back on the wagon of healthy relationship with self and productivity after frequent, frequent falls. Thank you again for just being a here and existing in this space. That alone helps more than you know.
When you started talking about confidence in this video it made me wonder if you have read the book "The Confidence Gap" ? If not it's a great read and I'm readying it now and was noticing a lot of connections to that and what you were saying in your video. Which by they way Thank You for another great video! I always look forward to when a new one is coming out!
I so love all your videos and your approach in explaining these topics. So many videos about this topic on UA-cam, but yours is very very well - explained! Keep growing Rowenaa!! From your sweet potato here in the Philippines
I was waiting patiently for this video, and you did not disappoint! Thank you very much for this series! I am now filling out the fourth Notion template and am ready to make some changes. It's going to be a mess but thanks to you and your insightful videos, I know I can do it. Thanks Ro!
“99% of the harm is caused in your head, by you and your thoughts. 1% of the harm is caused by reality, what actually happens and the outcome. Most of the time, the problem isn’t the problem. The way you think about the problem is.”
Sunscreen is better used sparingly, if at all. The lack of sun is translating into a lack of vitamin D (which you cannot get adequately from food sources). Moderate sun exposure is good for your the health of your skin and for a healthy immune system. Please do your research on it. Sunscreen indoors is completely unnecessary. The window is made of glass and the UV radiation barely gets through. A sun-umbrella is better for sun protection outdoors if you need it. It's also saving your body from the unhealthy ingredients in the sunscreen. After all I would rather run to get sun exposure instead of avoiding it. It's natural for humans to get sun exposure. It actually helps reduce the risk of cancer. The sunshine also feels incredibly good as you may have noticed :-) .
thank you so much for this. you explained it so organisely and easy to understand. not me suddenly thinking it must be nice having you as my teacher in school^^ LOT OF LOVE FROM ME AND I LOVE YOU!
hi, Ms. Rowena. this is my last semester in law school, and prior to the time i discovered your channel, i was really an anxious person (am still today but less, i guesssss. =>) i was always worrying about what will happen in the future, or was i doing hard enough to be part of the legal community?? was i smart enough?? but you and your videos greatly help me to be patient and kind with my progress. you helped me to realize that it is okay if i make mistakes as long as i learn from them and think of things on how to improve them, if i'm not feeling myself on some days, that to take things one step at a time, to have faith and that there is really no substitute for hard work and perseverance. thank you, Ms. Rowena. so so soooo muccch love from the Philippines. you are an amazing person.

ngl, this video made me cry.
Thank you!
Watching Rowena's video every week is just a solid routine for me ❤ i don't want to miss a single video 😆🤪 keep inspiring Ro 🤍
from your fellow 🥔
SENDING LOVE TO U 💕
WAIT IM OBSESSED WITH THE SWEATER YOURE WEARING HERE!!! I love all the colors and the pattern!!
ur videos always feel like therapy sessions to me. what i hope to learn rn though is what to do when you're taking a "healing break" - all this so-called freedom w being unemployed is paralyzing me and causing anxiety. i feel like i need to look a new job but then i know that won't really fix my mental state. i wanna learn how to actually take a break and heal from traumas, depression, and anxiety 🥲
a new life stage is meaning my old systems arent working anymore & i was really reluctant to admit that, but this video absolutely gave me the push to really reflect & set new systems so i can stop feeling like a guilty potat & more of a productive potat!
i genuinely can't believe that this series was for free. golden content.
I am a 15 year old teen and i just want to thank you for making my morning a bit better and whole this day!💗
It's my first time filling out a worksheet & following along with your reset and even just the process of Deciding What My Values Are and prioritizing them has given me a lot of clarity about how I aspire to live and has helped me immensely - I noticed my kneejerk reactions and actions are changing (just a smidge) even BEFORE i put the systems into action. ROWENAAAAA THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love how you break everything down-your videos are so encouraging!
i fr woke up thinking "yo how can i get through this like i've been so unproductive this week wth is happening" and this just showed up in my recommendations, soo thank you veeeery much, I needed this

the point on lacking purpose really opened my eyes, it might seem silly but I never considered I'd need to focus on that to help my motivation.
Excited to see what this year has in store!
a video of point one lacking confidence would be soo helpful ro 🥺💗
def in the works 🤗 gotchuu girlll 💕
yes please it would be very helpful for me too!!
Thank you for this❤️
thank you carly :') 💕
Happy Lunar New Year! Happy Chinese New Year! Happy Year Of The Tiger! Thank you! 🙂 🙏
Thank you for this. My current value evaluation system needed a major update and I love your formatting of it. Thank you again.
Ro, we have never met and yet I feel so close and connected to you. You're the big sister I always wished I had but never did x Thank you for being you, you're amazing. Big hugs xx
you have changed the way I think immensely, and I am grateful for it. thank you rowena!
You don't know how you've immensely helped just in time 💜
Rowena I love your videos.
Rowena you have the most valuable content out there and present it in such a fun/ non stressful way!
Thanks Rowena! This is great and I appreciate you taking the time to create these Notion worksheets for us!
solid video, very much needed with my finals in PT school and sorting things out a little better :)
The timing of this perfect
OMG how did I stay so much time away from here???? I need to do everything you are doing now! Your videos are saving lives!
Desperately needed this video. Been in a horrible slump and finally going to go through this template and set up my life how I WANT. Love your shirt btw c: you look glowing.
yes to living the life we want!!! 🫂 🌱 💫 and thank you so much :')
I just have to say, I LOVE your editing. It's so relaxing.
This is amazing. I definitely need to buckle down on some system's rather than keep floating trying to do this amidst chaos.
thank you SO much for sharing such valuable knowledge and thoughts! i can't express how much you've helped me in the past few years 🥰 i am glad for being able to grow with you!
Creating content while working on a full time job is really hard some times, but if we know how to plan and create the best system for ourselves, then rest is just ‘have fun’ with the flow 😅
Greetings from Chile 🇨🇱❤️
Can you make a video of how you deal with interruptions (if this is something you relate to)? Or how you keep flexibility in a schedule? For example, I live with my family and it’s not always plausible to have a strict schedule because things pop up
Systems are Key! People try to use self-discipline but that's a loosing game...
Yes to building stronger systems!
This is the most perfect time, I need this so much😭
This video came at the right time for me. Thank you so much 💙
Thank you so much for this Rowena!
Looking forward to the videos about your 20s! I'm 22 now turning 23 in the summer so I'd love to know more!
Thank you, Rowena! so grateful I met you (virtually)
You uploading it just now absolutely made my day ❤ thank you!
Can we appreciate how the automatic subtitles transformed "Hello, sweetest potatoes" into "Hello, Swedish potatoes" ?
makes me giggle every time 😜
I so love all your videos and your approach in explaining these topics. So many videos about this topic on UA-cam, but yours is very very well - explained! Keep growing Rowenaa!! From your sweet potato here in the Philippines
If this isn’t speaking what’s in my head idk what is 😓 thank you so much for this video the timing is perfect 🧡
I smiled so wide at her sweater top!!! Its so beautiful!!!
thank you Mariam!! 💕
A HUGE thank you for this ! It comes at the very right time !
aww grateful for you Lina 💕
needed this video! thank you so much for helping me throughout my journey! may I ask, what advice would you give to someone who is a perfectionist?
I was waiting patiently for this video, and you did not disappoint! Thank you very much for this series! I am now filling out the fourth Notion template and am ready to make some changes. It's going to be a mess but thanks to you and your insightful videos, I know I can do it. Thanks Ro!
you got this friend!! 🫂 💕 here if you need any pointers :)

Thanks for this video. It has lifted my mood a bit. 💙
i literally love you rowena
thank you so much for this. you explained it so organisely and easy to understand. not me suddenly thinking it must be nice having you as my teacher in school^^ LOT OF LOVE FROM ME AND I LOVE YOU!
I can't wait to use systems! Thanks Ro 💕
Thank you for the video, Rowena, it's so helpful and calming to watch :)
This is so empowering. Thank you for this.
This video has so many layers I’m at my second time watching now, probably gonna watch again tomorrow. :>
hi, Ms. Rowena. this is my last semester in law school, and prior to the time i discovered your channel, i was really an anxious person (am still today but less, i guesssss.
I'm having a hard time because I don't know what I want and this video arrive at such a great time
ROWENA!! This video was AMAZING and just what I needed!! Girl you are awesome!! Thank you for marking your videos ❤️❤️❤️
i’m very grateful for finding your channel, sending love from italy💖💞💓
