I never knew the banana plant had so many uses.
- Most people don't know that you can eat the ENTIRE tree, besides the leaves. You can use those to wrap rice cakes && such though. Banana flower tastes very good as well.

i like banana. in my village, 2 must have plants are banana and coconut. during hard time, when crop failed, we sometimes mix rice with banana corm. the sucker and the flower can be cook as vegetable. the stem is for pig food as i still do today, the leaves can be use to wrap some particular cuisine. and the fruit, the most valuable part is for me 😂

@Noalform, how can i learn these banana growing and products production technologies please!, I was born , raised and grown in north western part of Tanzania found in East Africa where we locally farm bananas as staple food in the whole region which covers a total area of 40,838 square km. I never new that banana can produce cakes and even be source of fiber as cotton does. We only use it as raw food at home place and banana steam has no any usage rather than dumping them on the farm to rot, so please help, this can help my whole regional community to improve their economy and beat poverty.
