What about literally any belt fed with a fucking belt tab lmao, the HK21 SoH reload for example. This isn't that innovative to load from the side. Optic mount rigidity was already solved with small belt gates like the Negev
They almost certainly changed it to avoid copyright restrictions.
They really violated the Evolys. The whole selling point to this thing is that it's light and doesn't have a giant top cover for loading.

1:45 the red dot placement is weird. When the top is open you can see the screw under the optic. It should be screwed on the rear rail, but it is also attached to the opened top...

The sidewinder post buff is actually very solid, but the new lmg kit is ass because it lowers dmg and the rof starts real slow like normal, so just bad ttk to start

@@elijahmercado4664 Yes they lowered the recoil a ton and made it a lot more manageable. Especially with attachments it's not difficult at all to control now
The lmg kit is ass in multiplayer but is actually decent in zombies.

K honestly i prefer this Evolys design rather than real life because I don't really like the cutted edge design choice for the handguard irl, but lifting the cover just like other LMGs instead of accurate FN Evolys side cover open is really painful to watch that BF2042 did it better lel.
Any gun enthusiasts in the chat I got a question. I have noticed that the after market parts have a plastic type of polymer that is the core of the modification. Is that possible and do you have any examples of "after market parts" made in a similar fashion.
unfortunately not a gun enthusiast but from my knowledge 3d printing weapons usually has a similar look to the aftermarket parts in game
The implication is mostly that a lot of these body parts are 3D printed, which technically speaking is possible in most cases.
The problem arises in cases where these 3D printed or occasionally carbon fiber(?) parts often are incredibly impractical or just wholly unnecessary.
Example A: Pistol carbine kits, namely for the COR-45/Glock and Renetti/M9, are modeled after real world conversion kits which are not 3D printed
Example B: Pulemyot bullpup conversion. Bullpup PKP conversions do exist, but are designed to use as many existing parts as possible, thus the in game depiction of entirely replacing the receiver, hand guard, barrel etc makes extremely little sense. (See: BF2042’s depiction of the Bullpup PKP)
TL;DR 3D printed parts are technically possible but realistically impractical or unnecessary, and just makes for a very weird stylistic choice. Go watch The Frosty 1 and Munancho, Inc.‘s video on the MW3 guns.

@@CarterCraigRacing also the CZ Scorpion Evo 3 S1 Carbine has a 3D printed file available, though unlike the JAK Headhunter in MWIII, the S1 has no burst fire capability.

Why would you need to check the mag like that on the Taq evolvere? Clearly it's a belt fed...
In real life, the FN Evolys supposed to feed from the same ammo pouches/boxes from Minimi/M249. But Sledgehammer decided to opt for a different ammo box with a push button release similar to RAAL (MG338).
