I have been using this for 2 days and yesterday I had a realistic nightmare where I was cuddling with some guy in my class that I hate with my entire soul ☠️☠️☠️ this was NOT what I asked, I'm traumatized

I've only lucid dreamt once and that was years ago and now everytime I became conscious in a dream I wake up 💀 but I'm gonna listen to this (and a couple other things) and try and I'll update if anything happens
Small update; my dreams seem a little more vivid than before they'd probably be a lot better if I had remembered to listen

@@asabubbles a lot of a weird, vivid dreams when i listened to it before bed, but i haven't tried to shift much since. I'd recommend trying it though, it's good. :)
I listened to this overnight, and I got two lucid dreams!! I remember every single details from this LD, it was so vivid just like the waking times. However, I forgot to manage it and just followed the plot of my dreams like I used to in any usual dreams 😂.
I'm gonna be more aware of my waking reality and meditate more to this sub so I can control my dream better.
