I need to comment. I ran into this audio last night and I listened to it only once. Then I went to sleep. At night I had a few dreams but I was too tired so I can't quite remember, now then I woke up and fell asleep again and holy sh*t... I lucid dreamt so much I could even change my dreams. And I dreamed of someone. Thank you❤

alright, so, I am a person that usually NEVER has dreams or even if I do have one, I barely remember anything or nothing at all... I put my earphones in, put this on loop and went to sleep, and I actually HAD A DREAM AND ACTUALLY REMEMBERED LIKE AT LEAST 1/4 OF IT? BRO????
Write your dreams down. If you forget them right away then you'll literally need to keep the pen and paper right on your bed with you so you can write it asap. That's what I do.

I listened about 3 or 4 times as I fell asleep, I woke up ''scared out of my mind'' looking for my old Jug Dog Mickey that passed away in 2019 whom slept at the end of the bed for many years, I was in a panic because I lifted up the blanket and couldn't find him, then it hit me that he passed away and my new Jug Dog Milford sleeps on the chair downstairs, is it possible I had Time Traveled for a moment or shifted realities for a short period?
well, we're always shifting realities. everytime we make a decision, everytime a small change happens or when we have the intention to do anything, we shift to a reality where we have that thought, a small change occurs or we make that decision. so i guess you shifted to a reality where you forgot for a moment your dog passed away
