thats becasue its a desert country and everyone drives around..different habits in different countries. At sunset and on weekends this is a different place indeed.
These properties do not appreciate over time. Some of them, as an example, a mid unit sold for AED 2,794,888 in 2017 is now being sold for AED 2600,000. While the landscaping is lovely, the Kitchen design in clusters such as Camelia in Ranches 2 and Sun, Joy, Spring in the newly built Arabian Ranches III are awful. These townhouses were designed (sack the designer) with an L-shaped kitchen. The brochure has a dining table in front of the units!! How do they expect families to function in this space? You put a dining table and there is no room for anything else, not even to walk around it. Even if the owner/investor adds an island, which is a good way to add a little extra counter space, as well as a spot for guests to enjoy, there is little room left for the dining table and living area.
the demand far outweighs supply and 2023 is VERY different to 2017! We dont have enough townhouses and certainly not ready ones with a fabulous commuity like this! Most are simply buying and will redesign these as they choose. These are the MOST in demand of all property types in Dubai today- townhouses!
