by muting all you're simply disabling their communication to you, not yours to them

Teemo only really gets banned in lower elo games; past platinum and up he's only banned like 2% of games.

Your Lee sin is exactly why when I get jungle fill, I just lock in teemo because that's what I wanted to play anyways, or something simple like malphite or wukong that can make a big play later but isn't hard to execute on.
