    位於太古廣場的THAI BASIL以泰國獨特濃郁的香料金不換為名,專注於泰北菜系,以青檸和辣椒等香料為主調,不但保留原汁原味的傳統菜肴,又以創新食材配搭展現別樹一格的泰式風情。
    李純恩今集帶大家品嚐牛油果軟殼蟹米紙卷、炸大蝦春卷、慢煮加拿大牛肋骨紅咖哩、泰式咖喱炒蟹、香芒黑糯米,及椰子三式。
    Located in Pacific Place, THAI BASIL is named after the unique and rich Thai culinary herb. The restaurant specializes in Northern Thai cuisine, with lime and chili as the main ingredients. Not only does THAI BASIL preserve the authentic flavors of traditional dishes, but it also showcases a distinctive Thai style through innovative combinations.
    In this episode, Benny Li takes everyone on a culinary journey to taste dishes such as Crispy Soft Shell Crab Rice Paper Roll, Deep Fried Prawn Spring Roll, Slow-cooked Canada Beef Short Rib with Red Curry, Wok-fried Crab in Thai Curry, Purple Sticky Rice and Coconut Trio.
