Flexibility beats strength. When strength ain’t flexible
Nah I’ve seen way to many instances of women over powering men
That makes no sense. Flexibility has very little to do with this. Unless his core and lats are abnormally tight, and even then it wouldnt only account for a very small amount of resistance.
Being more flexible doesnt make you stronger or have more endurance. A powerlifter is always going to out lift a yoga practitioner
@@JLWprime10have you? You mean on the internet where people can cherry pick out of infinite amounts of videos. Statistically there isnt much of it. Also this video doesn't show a woman overpowering a man. It shows a woman with more endurance than a man. The man would easily lift a higher amount of weight. Its nearly impossible for women to get strong because of their hormone levels. Through hard training women can get decently strong legs and pretty good endurance but theyll never be strong in the upperbody unless they take steroids or they are just a genetic anomaly. 225 lb bench press for example would be a HUGE accomplishment for a woman, it takes at least a year of hard and proper training and diet, and probably longer for most. You could take a geneticslly below average weak small male and get his bench press to 225 in a couple months easily

Ya..fukk Austrailas Draconian Gov..but they got some real Hott Women.
Her ass is so tight, you could bounce quarters off of those cheeks!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
She’s the kid who never had to take a break from raisers their hand for 15 minutes straight
What tf does this even mean.... Why does this have so many likes lmao what the fuck
Why are her pants tucked all the way in and up her crack tho?
I hate to say that but I was one of those kids but the only reason why I put my hand down is because it would be in the air for so long that there was no point for me to have it up anymore
Omg that reminds me of my year 10 PE class where our teacher challenged us to keep our arm raised for an hour (if more than one of us won he’d pay us each £1 and if only one of us won we’d get £10). After the 20 minute mark it got so easy that he said if any of us talked whilst working we’d be disqualified, all just to teach us how circulation and elevation works😭 (a lot of us lasted the entire hour including myself)!

POV: You see no one complaining about her posture
All he had to do it adopt the same posture. Maybe he would've won.

Very nice
She was smart and locked her elbows. She didn't need go expend as much energy.
I noticed that to right off. He got cocky and thought it would be over quickly and used purely strength and she locked the elbows in and relied on straight line bone stiffness.
That was the key...locking out right away. Good call, man!
And notice her palm positioning under the weight instead of simply grasping the sides.
I saw that too. He was too confident 😅
Same, I noticed that. Brains had an advantage over brawn in this one.

right.
Her posture is impeccable, she is clearly well trained in this exercise.
What exercise her elbows are locked. It's like locking your knees while standing, strain still happens yes but it's on the ligaments and joints not the muscles. She did technically still win though, dude should've thought it through not that it really matters who wins right? Do they do this for a reason? I've always wondered what this stuff is about.
@@cokedupcat they do it for the same reason school kids play football in recess, friendly competition is fun🤷🏻♂️
@@petterteignesse5486 Alright simple enough. I guess they're just bored enough to find this kind of thing entertaining.
@@cokedupcat yeah militaries like having physical challenges like this. It’s fun for everyone to cheer/partake and it promotes physical fitness in the unit. It’s a win win really
@@cokedupcat look smarty I'm sure you learned how to used context clues to understand how words are being use. Now try it against a Royal Marine. There is no way she'd win against one of those.
fuck royal marines. She's a soldier, already if you held a normal soldier to an actually training marine he'd have nothing on him.
She locks her elbows and let's the weight fall down onto her locked shoulder blades and into her back. Perfectly balancing the weight carriage down into her glutes and thighs.
She could "hold" this position for an hour and not feel half as much exertion as his bent elbows and forward shifted stance.
EXACTLY. Some dont understand army isn't all about pure brute strength. It needs a good balance and harmony with your body. Smarts, Endurance, Strength, Focus etc etc. She simply used all her skills and he relied on his muscles. No-one told him he couldn't do the same thing she did. The only rule was probably 'lift it up and whoever holds it longer wins'
@@windjaeger wdym harmony? Isn't locking your joints bad? When I was going to the gym I was told to never lock joints, since it is very dangerous
@@Prrprrlmao I think they’re more so discussing how she is using her shoulders and back to support the weight rather than only her arms cause long term that would exhaust her faster. I don’t know if she locked them, I think she more so used her shoulders as support rather than arm, like how in ballet when we support our arms and elbows to keep them up and not droop we have to do so by engaging our shoulders and back to hold up our arms. I don’t know though
@@Bajamamama I see. It could be it. Thank you
