One of the simplest but most effective exercises you can do is to walk. Walking is a neat form of transportation & exercise as well. People tend to not do much of anything. Half of life is a job to have, more than half is sleep the day away. So half bring work and school all we do is killing us. Killing ourselves doing stuff sometimes plat game of chance. It is important to get exercise, though walking is easiest. It is fatigue make a person not feel like doing things. Not all of us have a job we love, but having to live with the life we have to put love to rest, love the self is all there is. Being nice reaping benefits of stress that is physical relieves a stress that is mental. What fatigue is a pain that isn't any pleasure, the feeling of soreness one may have often is not mentioned. The physical presence of other than the self not getting in the way but just as well need to know¿
