  • We make it to a very unique RV park in California where we stay in an orange grove. Things get a little noisy and drive us crazy but we make the best of it.

Hah I used to own a home In patterson 5 years ago or so that flying J didn’t exist and there wasn’t much of a truck stop type gas station there would have to take the exit before if you were looking for easy access pumping there is also an rv park to the left at that first stop light you past coming into the town safe travels looks like fun

Another great episode! Thanks! I live in Southern California, and have done that drive in the Central Valley numerous times. That can be a long dry boring drive. That smoke you saw was probably a fire, as there were lots of them Oct/Nov last year.

Thanks so much for watching! Agreed! One of the most surprising things of road tripping is seeing how much a state's scenery can change in a matter of hours. And you're right we were purposely dodging those bad wildfires going on at the time. So sad. But it was just plain smokey and hazy everywhere I guess!

Nice RV park. Now I'm craving some Orange Juice. I like your tradition. I will be adding that to my growing RV set up check list when I start RVing. I hope you don't mind me taking that from ya. I'll make it another brand. Would it be wrong to call it a Sun downer, or is that only for Sailing. LOL Another great one guys.

Thanks for watching!! Really wish we could have picked some dang oranges! Apart from all the commotion it really was a nice park. And everyone deserves a cold one after a long drive towing a trailer so you betcha you can steal it. 😉 It probably isn't wrong but do agree sundowners feel reserved for sailing. Those sailors are so cool getting to have a drink on their boat watching the sun set!
