Ok I think this tutorial is a lot better
you said how instead of just why
Only thing is I still don't think this for anyone without at-least a few days of messing around in blender
anyway I liked this 1 a lot more then then UV great job I think you definitely improved

Wow , you are now using Blender , I have also started , haven't made the jump yet but I have played around some of the shader graphs , modifiers etc.I love the UI of Blender .To me Blender and Unrael Engine have really made the leap forward, both have changed the game and times are really exciting .Peace.

Wait, you switched to blender? How is it compared to C4D?

I've really thought about making a video essay about this subject. Would you be interested in watching something like that?

@@GlassHandFilms Of course! I keep seeing just amazing looking updates so frequently in Blender, but I have no idea if it's even worth it to add it to my arsenal. I mean learning Houdini to enhance C4D makes sense, but why would learning Blender be worth it when I'm already comfortable in C4D.

I would have to admit the differences between c4d and blender is mograph. The mograph module and toolset is so amazing and has changed the way a lot of people look at DCC tools. That being said, the fast track that blender and its community is on is overwelming. Pretty soon the adoption rate of newer tech, integration into other open source software, and the availability of accessibility will change our industry as a whole
