I can' t stop crying now. I have four huskies, one of them, Shura, is looking just like this dog, who first decided to go back to help the musher. Shura was homeless , I' ve found him 7 years ago. I' ve thought I was saving him but it was Shura to save me. When everything is going awfully, when there is no reason to get up, he is always close to me. And all I have to do is take a look at him and go for a long, long walk with this dog. I love you, Shura. Thanks Leonard Cohen, whenever you are, for this beatifull clip.

Besides Leonard Cohen's beautiful voice, his poetry and philosophy that makes this song awesome, the story in the video is beautiful and heart wrenching. I also had a husky that look a bit like the one that first turned back to the man. After my husband died my husky slept behind my back for at least two weeks even though it was mid summer and she was not fond of sleeping on the bed.
Leonard may be gone, but his words and music are eternal, as is his spirit of humanity. I miss him. Just knowing he longer graces this mortal coil is depressing and unfathomable to me. He was always an "old soul". His kind should never die.....

Leonard may be gone, but his words and music are eternal, as is his spirit of humanity. I miss him. Just knowing he longer graces this mortal coil is depressing and unfathomable to me. He was always an "old soul". His kind should never die.....
