Just like with 'Breeze and You,' the bell sound in this piece sounds to me like it's played using FM synthesis (which I believe is likely given the era), so I recreated it using a VSTi 'DEXED,' which emulates the YAMAHA DX7. By the way, I used a patch called 'WINEGLASS' from Bank B of the Ryuichi Sakamoto ROM and modified it for this purpose. I hope this information is helpful.
