    Bhai jara akar dekh bahadurgarh mein kitne rate badh rhe h har saal uer 2 se connect horha h jha rate 3 saal phele 15000 gaj hua karta tha aaj 60k se lekar 90 tak horha h

      Due to UrbanE xtn road to IGI Airport from Bahadurgarh there is going to be great appreciation along the Delhi by pass road in Bahadurgarh. Royal green and Royal.county green projects are coming up . Good chance for a rise in prices

    You should have said something।about Ueban Extn road which is coming up from Bahadurgarh to IG IAirport which is going to give fast connectivity to airport . And traffic from Punjab and Rohtak will improve. Please comment

    sir if you are reading this: need clarity of two things 1. in this time is fixed interest loan better or Flexi.. 2. how should we calculate when to repay majority of home loan and when it's beneficial to continue with home loan and invest money somewhere.....would love one video regarding intelligent management of home loan

      There are already videos related to that. We are going towards low interest regime in distant future. So interest rate tied to Repo rate would do better over next 10 years. If you can make more money than the interest rate of loan, its worth slowing down your payment over the payment period. Generally real estate should be able to deliver ROI more than 6-7% home loans.

    Bahadurgarh ka analysis ekdum wrong sabit hua, many societies have come up on by pass and huda sector also progressed, HL city prices gone from 30 to 90 in theee years ,thoda knowledge badao, UER is also coming up, medical University, tata housing, omexe and HL is betrer than manny gurgaon projects

    Yeh sab myth hai bahadurgarh or rohtak ke bare mein.sabse badi connectivity problem hai gugaon ki connectivity suru se hi aachi rahi hai.bahadurgarh or rohtak mein connectivity ki jarurat hai.
