    Excellent explanation. It’s an eye opener. But in India everything sells. Bullock cart to charter plane. Commercial is not as bad as you said sir. Nobody buys first property as commercial. Those who invest in commercial have at least one residential property.

    अच्छी video है please 2014 में vineshwara developers ltd द्वारा ऐसा ही commercial office space बनाने में fraud किया गया था उस समय भी इस कंपनी ने बड़े बड़े विज्ञापन किए थे और खरीदारों को post dated cheques जारी किए थे पर बाद में सब कुछ फर्जी निकला , रोहिणी कोर्ट में इस कंपनी के मालिक/डायरेक्टरस पर मुक़दमे भी चल रहे थे या हैं. वो भी गुरुग्राम/ मानेसर का मामला था.मेरा आप से निवेदन है कि इस बारे मे भी एक वीडियो बनायें

    Sir I agree with you on the sales gimics played by the developers to lure people
    But sco which is built up is according to me is a very good investment option because of the following
    1) Average cost on built up (not on super) comes around rs 7500/ sq ft
    2) Very low maintenance cost .
    3) Land ownership
    4) Terrace rights
    5) Most importantly bigger sizes which every brand looks for.
    6) Now floor wise sale has also been approved.
