The plaintiff claims she recently broke up with the defendant, and she’s suing him for baby furniture he agreed to purchase and emotional distress. The defendant insists the plaintiff became jealous after her roommate became pregnant with his baby before her.

The plaintiff is running the girlfriend and trying to keep control of the man. That is the reason why she got mad she wasn’t pregnant first. She wants to call all of the shots. Like he said, she won’t let him see the other woman. Let the plaintiff tell it, the other woman does not want to see him. Why is she speaking on the other woman’s behalf? Plaintiff is aggressive and controlling and when she feels like she is losing the control, she gets even more bad arse.

I understand wanting to prepare for your baby (I’m currently 9months pregnant). But there is a such thing as overkill. They didn’t even give him time to help prepare. Yes it was irresponsible to buy a chain when he got two babies on the way, but it’s also irresponsible to have two babies in the way with no savings set aside for that child. I had issues with my partner about the same thing. But he was saving and did eventually get the stuff the baby needed, it just wasn’t on my time frame. Plus a lot of the stuff I wanted and needed go gifted to me anyways.
