I live in a small rural town and my family owns a grocery store and you are so correct when saying a bad review is so bad for small businesses! One of my recent call-outs was a dude complaining on FB that he waited 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged him at the deli....fact is, we pulled up the cameras and it was less than 2 minutes and he was checked out and on his way out the door in 5 minutes 🙄 seriously, why even make that up?! Being a small business owner is hard enough already......thank you for another great video!!
God dammit, MIchelle. I am so sorry that happened to your family's business. Personally, I make it a point of leaving glowing reviews whenever I am able to patronize small businesses. I expect decent customer service wherever I go and I almost ALWAYS get it. Why? Because I smile and behave in a friendly way toward the people I meet, but ESPECIALLY when they are serving me. I want them to know I appreciate it. I also speak to managers, when possible, to praise an employee when they are obviously doing a great job. Managers usually only hear complaints, I figure that a compliment should make SOMEBODY's day. I wish you and your business well going forward.

I volunteer at a non profit and we had people that didn't like our organization so they wrote bad reviews. They went on pages of business that supported us and gave them bad reviews too. I look at reviews but take the bad reviews with a grain of salt. Especially for restaurants.
I have a small business and I had a group of ladies in once... another lady who was part of their group decided not to attend the appointment, however later that week she felt it necessary to leave a scathing review of my business. The others all had a great time and enjoyed themselves so there was no issue! I called the group and asked why this lady was upset and if there was something I could do but I was told ‘oh yeah, she does this all the time. She likes to review places but if she’s in a bad mood it might not be a nice one!’ I asked them to please get her to remove it but she declined. I also asked Facebook to remove it ...they said they couldn’t! It’s so upsetting as where I live is a smallish city and these reviews hurt!!!
Can´t you sue her for writing a false review? It´s illegal to do that here in Germany and you could sue her for the damage caused through her review (lost of income for example)

I always leave positive reviews with any good service/experience. I know people are quick to complain so I always try to be quick to compliment, especially for small, locally owned businesses who need help to spread the good word. Be positive peeps! :)
I like to give praise to a company/employee when I have a good experience, but I also feel it my duty to warn people if the company gives bad service. I've only had to write one bad review recently. It was for an employment agency. They don't care about you. They pay you late and not the right amount. You have to keep calling them. Then they have rules that you'd never expect an agency to have and they will try to dock your money. I left in the end and warned people with a google review. It was then I realised I wasn't the only one. There were several similar reviews.
I'll never understand this kind of attention seeking. Maybe it's the introvert in me but I would be way more embarrassed by the idea of trying to defend my lies than just not trying to draw personal attention to myself.

Being in the disabled community is wild and it’s so hard to trust anyone but you also want to be empathetic and helpful to others 😩 People need to stop lying about stuff that actually matters.
It's great to see people who do not try to push their politics. Comments or jokes are what we have done for years. In the last 20or so years, many people have really forgotten that.

My son is a SGT in the US Army, and he just returned from Afghanistan in September. I mean, there was no active "fighting" going on, but he was actually deployed there for a little over 6 months. He did have internet and cell service. We face timed on a pretty much weekly basis. That one is confusing me.
I was there in 2006 and even then we had internet so everything in the “argument” is actually possible and came from someone who doesn’t know first hand. Lol.
Same, I was there twice and paid $100 a month for not-very-good internet and watched all five seasons of Breaking Bad and chatted with my fiancee pretty much daily. People who tried to "call out" this Soldier probably just watched Restrepo and decided that whatever they saw on the screen was what was everyone in the whole nation's life was like. I had a guy i was talking to pretending to be a soldier in Iran. We talked on Skype and I saw his location was in my same state. He even made up a rank. My brothers were in the service and when I mentioned that his rank wasn't real he freaked out and blocked me.
Thank you for this video! Bad reviews seriously hurt businesses along with the employees in that business, please always talk to the store or management before posting bad reviews, it could cost someone their job!
People definitely should not leave untruthful reviews, I totally agree there, but on the other hand some employees deserve to get fired and some businesses deserve to get hurt. I realize it's very difficult to know who is lying and who is telling the truth, though.

@6:30 The first video was uploaded in Wish FM's UA-cam channel and it got 120+ million views. UA-cam has to take it down due to copyright issues. The original is at 40+ million views at that time. And then many people attempted to reupload the cover, one even got 40+ million views but UA-cam then again, removed it. The battle between UA-cam and this video is still ongoing. Many people keep reuploading and UA-cam keeps deleting. @charlotte I think you should check the cover yourself to see why it got that many views compared to the original.

There are gel nails at Kmart. They are very long lasting and pretty good. I was on Tiktok and saw a lady that lied to her followers. She’s said she felt better and said to her followers “look at me. I just got them done yesterday”. I commented oh wow you can get them at Kmart I’ve got that colour way too. She blocked me in less than a minute 😂😂😂😂

That reminds me of a businesswoman who reached out to me on social media (I won't mention her profession, only that she did have a few solid points about entitled clients but went about it the wrong way). After she sent me a message, I looked up her profile. And some of her comments were unprofessional by bashing clients that can't afford her prices. As I mentioned, I understood some of where she was coming from in regards to entitled clients. But some her comments were just mean-spirited. Additionally, she posted the name of one of her clients on her page (someone she was also bashing). Keep in mind that in this profession, some clients use pseudonyms. Thus, it's possible she breached confidentiality if it's their real name. Needless to say, I haven't taken her up on her offer.
Recently, someone tried to call me out on Facebook, that beautiful place where nowadays everybody goes to leave their frustrations. I posted on John Cleese's page that I watched Monty Python's shows since I was a little girl and that he was always my favorite. A guy responded saying that was impossible because the show ended years earlier. I told him that might be true in his country, but in mine it was showing years later (80's). Until this day, never got a response...

Yup. Both bases over there are mini cities with all the basic comforts. They have internet and cell service. My husband deployed three times and we bought a second laptop just for the trips. This is just ignorance of modern wars.

I wrote a review about how I was in the store looking for a specific type of jewelry and they didn’t have it so the nice sales associate told me to go to X (don’t want to put name of store so old boss don’t know). My old boss hates that store with a burning passion, everyday I get joy from thinking my old boss is still upset about someone telling a customer to go to the store he hates.

I had a guy i was talking to pretending to be a soldier in Iran. We talked on Skype and I saw his location was in my same state. He even made up a rank. My brothers were in the service and when I mentioned that his rank wasn't real he freaked out and blocked me.

Thank you for this video! Bad reviews seriously hurt businesses along with the employees in that business, please always talk to the store or management before posting bad reviews, it could cost someone their job!
People definitely should not leave untruthful reviews, I totally agree there, but on the other hand some employees deserve to get fired and some businesses deserve to get hurt. I realize it's very difficult to know who is lying and who is telling the truth, though.

The first video was uploaded in Wish FM's UA-cam channel and it got 120+ million views. UA-cam has to take it down due to copyright issues. The original is at 40+ million views at that time. And then many people attempted to reupload the cover, one even got 40+ million views but UA-cam then again, removed it. The battle between UA-cam and this video is still ongoing. Many people keep reuploading and UA-cam keeps deleting.
@charlotte I think you should check the cover yourself to see why it got that many views compared to the original.

There are gel nails at Kmart. They are very long lasting and pretty good. I was on Tiktok and saw a lady that lied to her followers. She’s said she felt better and said to her followers “look at me. I just got them done

That reminds me of a businesswoman who reached out to me on social media (I won't mention her profession, only that she did have a few solid points about entitled clients but went about it the wrong way). After she sent me a message, I looked up her profile. And some of her comments were unprofessional by bashing clients that can't afford her prices. As I mentioned, I understood some of where she was coming from in regards to entitled clients. But some her comments were just mean-spirited. Additionally, she posted the name of one of her clients on her page (someone she was also bashing). Keep in mind that in this profession, some clients use pseudonyms. Thus, it's possible she breached confidentiality if it's their real name. Needless to say, I haven't taken her up on her offer.

Recently, someone tried to call me out on Facebook, that beautiful place where nowadays everybody goes to leave their frustrations. I posted on John Cleese's page that I watched Monty Python's shows since I was a little girl and that he was always my favorite. A guy responded saying that was impossible because the show ended years earlier. I told him that might be true in his country, but in mine it was showing years later (80's). Until this day, never got a response...
You saying about people lying about being ill is so so true. Not only does it make it harder for people that actually are to get the money but also creates trust issues for others making them less willing to donate.
While I’m sure this guy was lying, unless there is a specific reason, military members aren’t barred from using the internet. There are factors like bandwidth, internet speed and timing but those all depend on where/who/what you do in the military among other factors.
Yup. Both bases over there are mini cities with all the basic comforts. They have internet and cell service. My husband deployed three times and we bought a second laptop just for the trips. This is just ignorance of modern wars.

I wrote a review about how I was in the store looking for a specific type of jewelry and they didn’t have it so the nice sales associate told me to go to X (don’t want to put name of store so old boss don’t know). My old boss hates that store with a burning passion, everyday I get joy from thinking my old boss is still upset about someone telling a customer to go to the store he hates.
