Have you had any issues so far? I’m thinking about getting one. Cool video!

I have not had any issues so far. Everything is working great on my M1M2 Abrams 1/24 scale rc tank. My advice would be to make sure that any rc tank works before installing the accessories. Be careful with the bb shells when they fire. This tank is super fun. Happy you enjoyed the video 👍 thanks for watching and the comment. Zek’s

I recently bought the henglong leopard 2 pro version winter camo from motion rc.
By the way never ever use the BB's in the box they will jam or wreck the mechanism, buy proper good quality ones instead.

0:58 those batteries are SHIT. I have four 1/16 HL tanks and they come with the same pack. Of the four, only one meets its rated capacity and only two are able to get HALF of their rated capacity. The one that came in my KV-1e exceeds rated capacity by a couple dozen mAh while the one that came in my Panzer IV F2 is rated 1800mAh but only gives 500. That translates into a positively dreadful runtime with that battery. I haven't cut the shrink wrap off of one yet but I'd almost bet money they're recycled cells out of discarded bluetooth speakers, vapes, etc. If they aren't, they're very poor quality cells. My honest advice to anyone who is considering this tank and reads this comment is to get rid of that horrible battery pack immediately in favor of a proper hobby lipo. Same goes for the terrible USB charger; I use my Tenergy TB6B to charge my tank batteries and they chooch up in an hour. Slightly more involved to connect and use, but WAY faster, and far less likely to start a fire. Also more versatile a charger; I've charged car batteries with mine. Like, for an actual 'you can sit in this one and drive it to work' car. Took 22 hours to do so but it did it.
1:44 I have to wonder why they're using a different transmitter to the 1/16 tanks on this one.
2:21 That particular marking is not actually meant to go on the tank and I don't know why Heng Long puts them on the decal sheet. Certain members of the RC tank community lose their shit over seeing those numbers on the tanks....which is why I will sometimes still fit them anyway 🤣😂 Just to piss the rivet counters off
2:40 Ahh, yes, the carboard target I have four of and have never once actually used. I prefer soda cans. And my mailbox.
3:33 Knowing my luck I'd switch the tank off while driving it. Don't like that switch positioning. The 1/16 tanks tend to put it under a driver's hatch where that isn't a concern. At least that's where it is on my Sherman, KV-1, and Panzer IV F2. I'm also not fond of the rubber tracks...I forsee a lot of stretching, twisting, skipping, and throwing in their future, especially if run off road.
    4:03 Also no suspension....
5:57 I wonder if that thing has proportional control like the 1/16s do.

@TestEcull so I recently bought the leopard version of this and from what I found, the battery lasts for more than 20 mins per charge, it has a little bit of suspession, and yes it does have a little bit of proportional steering as well
(this is my first ever rc tank so idk if it's rlly good in big rc tank fans standards but for me it's great)
