Braddah, dry heaves probably from dehydration. puked my guts after a dive just like that myself. A good protein shake 30 min before a dive gives energy a couple hours and won’t dry you out like food. Also drink as much water as you can hold just before entering the water. I carry a small airline size water bottle on my float just in case.
Braddah one killah one for the steak, chop some garlic and mix em with regular vegetable oil, season the steak with hawaiian salt and lyer em in one bowl and let em sit and marinade for about 2hrs or when you ready for cook...throw em on the grill...buggah is mayjah
