I found the cause of error 54!
I removed the front wheel with a motor and
cables for connection and the brown cable
was torn (broken in half or frayed)
I cleaned both sides and connected them together,
insulated and put everything back as it was before.
Everything is working!
And now I know that error 54 is one of three broken cables.

thank you so much james, i could upgrade the speed of my ninebot s2 to almost 3 times faster thanks to your video. Now have a problem with my other scooter a ninebot s4 i was riding it and start raining i dont stop the ride in the raining for around 1 hour later and in a sudden the scooter stop, now doesn power on and doesnt charch neither can somebody tell men what could be the problem?
the panel thats issue try to remove then use blower its short circuit
try to remove extra batt also
This happens to my ebike. I just do not use it till it’s totally dry then later on it will start.

So the first mod is to make suspension more comfy or more stiff for heavy people?
Vibration during acceleration and stopping. Doesnt ride on ECO mode and Standart mode only on superfast, what's the problem you think? İ dissambled, the blue wire was cut, resoldered that but the problems still exist. Also the folding mechanism is a bit loose not the steer.
try check wire form motor or inside the motor problem

I have the ninebot and whenever I go over bumps it's always loud noise and I feel it.

I think it stiffens it. The noise in the shocks is normal.
hi i am having trouble replacing the control unit on my ninebot all the replacement units have a four pin plug for the brake unit red black blue and yellow my original unit has a three pin plug wires blue yellow black also the circuit board is encased in clear rubber the replacement has not not sure of the model # as it is unreadable
you need to follow color coding only
but make sure that is same as previous controller
I’ve tried both tightening the back suspension as well as tightening every screw I could find and the board is still vibrating once it reaches 15 mph. I’m out of ideas on what it could be

For the suspension mod why do you need to take off the stem and doesn’t that void the warranty

@@JamesAngeloTV yeah the headlight works fine but some strange reason the lights that indicate how much battery is left on the actual external light( Not on top) do not turn on. Aside from that, it charges a tad slow compare to my new ones.
@@Cebufornia possible issue maybe the lights insicator is busted or some connectors are remove. but still the battery is working?

Hey buddy, after buying the Ninebot ES4 used from a friend, I used it a few times and suddenly after breaking the scooter slowed down and makes a noise.
It doesn't speed up anymore and it seems like something is pressing on the tire.

Hi all, is it normal that 2km took me about 18% of battery? In this case looks like I can get only ~12km range (not in sport mode). :(
mine it takes only 10% of batt in 2km as i observe maybe u use too much motor brake with out help of rear manual brake

Okay I just have to say. You shouldn’t have to do this when you spend over $500, This is really holding me back from purchasing this ES2 + Battery. There’s literally other scooters that don’t have this problem and cost way less. But they’re not as stylish looking.
