It is possible. That is called a series circuit. But the disadvantage is your battery will be drained faster if you will use the same voltage of bulb and battery we used in the video.

This is a great video! The only suggestion I have is to use audio. Audio would make it more engaging and enable the viewer to watch the actions instead of spending a portion of the time reading the content. It would really help kids like mine, who are still working on their reading skills.
Thanks for the suggestion. I tried that one time but I have to retake many times because I'm conscious of the way I speak. So I decided to make a video without me speaking/explaining.
can you plug the bulb like directly into a power socket? and if you use more bulbs (ex : 2, 4, etc) can i plug it directly into a power socket and turn it intoa lamp? or just use a bugger battery or more batteries?
You cannot plug this type of bulb directly into the outlet of you house. It will blow up and will harm you. There is a bulb made specifically for lamps or can be plugged directly to your house's outlet.
Hope this video can help you. You can check our other project ideas. It's making a simple electromagnet. Just watch this in case you'll have a project like this next time. Here's the link: ua-cam.com/video/En949jhoesY/v-deo.html

Like if the battery is 12 volts and the bulb is 12 volts, the solar controller must be 12 volta also. If they are all compatible the connection is like this. If you use a 120volts candelabra your source should also be 120volts. But be careful of open circuits. For the switch just type "surface type switch" or "surface mounted switch" and it will show you some examples. And one of those is this type of switch.

i couldn't find battery holder.. so i just taped the baterries using electrical tape.. it just lit up. it that ok?
