I’ve just been preparing and posting mine on Bluesky, and you nudged me to add a 2023 vs 2024 comparison. 73books and 21,756pg, with a 3.77 ⭐️ average rating this year, if you’re curious! (I note while posting that a commenter has mentioned TSG. My data all comes from The StoryGraph too 🤓 I tag my books with additional criteria which I can then chart and graph separately e.g. recommendation source, so you have a tag of your own which advises me you have put 11 books onto my shelves so far). I suspect my comments occasionally get filtered by YT if I use a vaguely naughty word e.g. to indicate sadness. I commented on The Shades of Orange channel last night, and as I was editing a typo I got an error and discovered my entire comment had been added then deleted! 😱 I had to edit and repost.
@@SoundFuryBookReviews yeah, one year I started using both, and it got too much and I just stopped using goodreads, but I could see goodreads being more important for you as a reviewer.

Storygraph will automatically do all these charts for you!
Storygraph might be helpful for tracking, it gives more stats than goodreads
@@jag519 I tried to use it at one point but doing that and Goodreads was a lot of extra work lol. I'll consider it for 2025
