Hi!..I'm currently taking a course in ASD and I am so grateful for having stumbled upon your UA-cam channel...The techniques that you are using (visual) truly help the watcher absorb the information more effectively. Thanks!!
A great video really helped with studying for a test I have coming up. I needed a short video to give me an idea of what Functional Behavioral Assessment is. Thank You
I enjoyed the pacing of your video. You were articulate and the information was correct and to the point. I am definitely going to check out how you made these animations.
I have subscribed. This is an excellent review of the steps. Looks like there are a lot of other videos I would find helpful. I'm gonna watch the mindset one now.

This approach will work with work with general ed population Of students that do not have an Emotional Disregulation Disability. When people have an emotional disregulation disability you're going to have to try to find therapies that build or re-build the cognitive functions that are Is absent. It's going to take an approach that understands what is missing in the emotional behavioral pathways and why this dysregulation is occurring. The person with this Emotional and disregulation disability is only going to have improved function Is thru retraining the brain or rebuilding the building the original pathways. The limitation of positive rewards are that it only rewards for Improvements in malbehavilr where there is normal cognitive function . It's more likely that targeted therapy will have a Substantially greater effect Then the above approach where the individual is left Blind in how to modify their behavior. The one thing that should never occur is punishment Or Consequences for malbehavior when there is a known Emotional disregulation. Consequences and punishment are count counter productive in this population because because it can further increase and reinforce force the male adapted behavior, And external behaviors, Can progress to internal internal behavior such as anxiety and depression. In other words consequences and punishment in this population further than disability.
