    I've built a flow just based on drills of your transition poses, and it's quite the workout. I'm gonna get strong while finally mastering challenging poses. Thank you!

    i`m not able to get my hips over my shoulders. i guess i`m lacking of strength in my shoulders. right? how can i improve?

      @@stepaukob yes, I do strength training for my shoulders. I'm still lacking of flexibility in my lower back but the strength in the shoulders helps.

    I hate tucks. Why not just kick ups..I do have hamstring flexibility and still struggle with this
