Hi Natalie. I am impressed with the quality of your videos. My main issue is that my wrists get really sore if I practice any hand balancing workout or cartwheel or anything that requires me to be upside down on my hands. How to improve this situation. I am unable to see progress because my wrists and fingers keep troubling me. Any tips?? Thanks a ton

One thing i always wondered about you due to you having high amounts of elevation strength in the shoulders. Just curious can you do a freestanding HSPU?
Between my thumbs yes. If you struggle with opening the shoulders properly move the focus a bit further front to a 45° angle, the main thing is that you look at the floor and that you keep a fixed focus.
