I don't think Embiid gets criticized enough for his poor performance in the playoffs. It's always blaming untimely injuries or teammates, but Embiid hardly ever receives or takes full responsibility because when he IS healthy, he never shows up. I just don't understand why nobody ever wants to really call out Embiid. He literally hasn't gone past the 2nd round! Embiid injuries are a blessing in disguise because if he never gets constantly injured then he'll have no excuses of sucking and be totally exposed like fraudulent player he truly is 🤷♂️
@Frank-hv7xj he is following in lebron's footsteps. This is the new age. Point the finger at someone else, take zero accountability, play the victim. I don't understand how people root for him. He also actively tries to injure other players.
@swaymcthunder1219 idk about the Lebron lol but yeah Embiid never takes accountability, acts the victim, and worse is he does actively try to hurt players because he gets desperate he can't do anything else to win smh
@HoopEnthusiasts lol, no I just really like this guy's channel, and a serious dislike to embiid. The flopping, while I don't like it, doesn't bother me nearly as much as watching him purposely try to injure players. I want more people to realize what a POS embiid is. More and more people are realizing it, mostly from the Knicks series and the way he tried to injure Mitchell Robinson multiple times.
@kjjr3270 I literally said exactly why I hate embiid, and it isn't about the flopping even though I don't care for it. Ya'll just read what you want and take everything personal. I brought up the flopping as an original comment due to the OP talking about reducing injury risk. I'm a 76ers guy, and it's interesting you mentioned Joel's injury in his career and never mention his playoff injuries every single year 2023 (Knee Sprain) 2022 (Orbital fracture, concussion, torn thumb ligament), 2021 (Torn meniscus), 2019 (Knee tendinitis), 2018 (Orbital fracture, concussion). He has missed 7 of 54 playoff games in his career. I know y'all hate the 2 time NBA Scoring Champion Joel Embiid for playing the game. @denzel8827 comparing luka and embiid is weak. Luka has been a monster in the playoffs in the years past. It isn't giving luka a pass, it is giving him the benefit of the doubt cuz we have seen him elevate his game at the highest level. Embiid hasn't played well even in the games that he has been healthy. Has he had good games, sure. But he hasn't elevated his game anywhere close to what luka has done. First of all, the Eastern Conference is not "weak," at least not as weak as it once was. It has gotten much better since Embiid has been part of it. Secondly, I disagree. I don't think that many people expect much from the Sixers. Embiid and Paul George are who they are at this point in their careers: aging, injury-prone playoff underperformers (Embiid to a larger degree given his status). Despite what a lot of people think, Maxey is not good enough to lead them anywhere, either. If they stay mostly healthy, they will be a top ssed in the East, but will not get past the second round. If they are not healthy or have other problems, they will struggle, possibly be a play-in team, and be a first round exit.
