    Your batter was too runny and coarse ground. Otherwise good recipe. Without fermentation into a monsoon season is necessary.

    Thank you for a very nice and healthy recipe.
    May I suggest that you try and edit the video as the pace is too slow and somehow doesn’t motivate to see fully. I had to muster some patience to see this through. And if you are editing consider changing the background music please.
    I will try your recipe though.

      hulled barley and pearl barley both r different. with husk hulled barley, without husk pearl barley, it is available in the market look like whole wheat grain

    I have a ready coarse flozr of barley, how can i prepare dosa from it !?

      if it is like upma rava style coarse barley just add 1 urad dal and one barley soak it grind it .fermentation is optional (probiotic preference)
