I put the blue and white variator rollers in mine, 9g and 10g , helped a ton with takeoff and climbing.
How much AGL goes in gearbox after break-in period? Can't find it in the manual
Where did you get the rear spacers, and Carb? Parts are hard to find. I am having issues with the chain drive and ran out of room to tighten it any further. It's some what sloppy doesn't fall off but I feel that it's going to wear wrong. Any suggestions? Thought about adding a chain tensioner.
I never had issues with the chain. I got carb from gopowesports. The spacers on ebay or amazon.

My speedo stopped working, you know what it could be
before i did the upgrads all i was getting was 30 in speed but i put 11 rollers on ares and a yellow 1500 torque spring and got are up to 41 speed way better take off to but we got a 2 seater

If you search drz110 shock riser on ebay is what i used. They were about 14$ each. Dont use the ones that are 2 for 10$ lol.

Ebay i used suzuki drz110 shock extensions. And the tires lifted it some as well
I have been wanting to buy a TM 300 for awhile now but all the used ones, these sellers are selling them close to what they paid for them. I am looking for the 2 seater though. Top speed seems low though from what I am reading in the comments. I thought they topped out a little more than 45?
This one did at first but topping it out was damn near impossible with 4 people. So i geared it down w clutch and sprocket to make it a climber. Its my kids and they need the acceleration on trails much more than the 15 mph they dont use. U can prob get more then 45 out if em as well but youd be compromising a lot of takeoff

I applied you I don't like my kids that much to buy them one of these but at 21 and 19 they can buy thier own my son told me his go kart as a kid required a tetanus shot to ride I said it just made him a stronger man
