Simple Traffic Light Control for Your Model Railway Using an Arduino Part 1

Flush with the success of our previous automatic signal light project, I've been thinking of anything else I can use the Arduino for on my layout and came up with the idea of using one to do some simple traffic light control. In this video we go through how to do it and write the fairly simple Arduino code which will operate two traffic lights at a road junction. The sketch for this can be downloaded from the link below.
Note that on review I see I made a couple of mistakes in adding Traffic Lights 3 and 4 to the coding, these have been corrected in the linked sketch below. More haste less speed!
In Part 2 of this video I look at another couple of ideas plus rewrite the code to do away with the dreaded "delay" command.
