    Bro is it very important to drink whey protein or can consume protein from food only , which one is more better pls tell me bro.

      Bro, at the end of the day PROTEIN IS PROTEIN, though the sources from which you will take protein will matter too, especially if your protein sources are from animal sources it will have a good amino profile as compared to vegetarian sources(dal, soy, lentils)
      If you have the budget to get whey, go for it but if you eat chicken, eggs etc and you can consume it and fulfil your protein requirements! I will suggest stick to whole foods rather than supplements! But u have the budget go for it❤️
