What is fire cider & how can you make it?
Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with immune boosting herbs e.g. garlic, onion, horseradish, chilli peppers, turmeric - It is a preventative medicine and helps with a cold or a flu (take a spoon or more a day)

Beautiful! Thank you for sharing!! 💚
loved this ! all the colours and textures of everything going in the jar are so appealing! maybe you could do a podcast episode about radical folk herbalism? x
I love ur videos so much!
Looks fascinating! I hope you’re feeling better now 💐💛
I always try to have a jar of this to hand. The last jar, I used the remnants to pickle eggs💥
Thoroughly enjoy your videos. Thank you 🍄
Love your videos:)
It looks spicy 🔥
I’d love to try making it one day but I’ve been out off for a while because I worry about botulism from garlic, does the vinegar kill that off? Is there anything to watch out for safety wise beyond keeping it in the fridge and using a sterilised jar? X
Curious, do you ever use scallions, leeks, chives, ramps? Since you said you don’t like onions. Just wondered. I couldn’t imagine living without these things.
I can have them cooked or pickled :)
