I've picked every option that calls her some variant of old, and I've always gotten approval. She tends to approve of friendly irreverence, being confident enough to call her out on things, and being clever/tactical. It's a blast bantering with her.
Thing I love about this scene is it's really not her laughing just at you calling her old. She's mentally exhausted, not just physically exhausted from everything going on. The small bit of humor you injected (since I interpret the age comment as just being a fun jab, and not serious), has broken the tension and restored enough of her spirit for her to keep going. She calls you a bastard because of how you did it, but she appreciates what you did all the same.

Hearing her laugh helped me get out of a dark place a few weeks ago... It gave me clarity what to do with my life further, even if for a short term. I heard it first in one video clip. A few days ago I took her with me to my party and started this quest - never regretted it since.
