Walking away from toxic people is the best thing you can do, even if those people are your family.

Blocked someone on social media and other areas today. It wasn't the easiest decision, but it was the best. I told her, "You will always have a place in my heart but, for now and perhaps never, not in my life. Never allow someone to be a priority in your life if you are but an option in theirs. Walking away us very often the best choice.

Excersize is an excellent way to deal with life crushing hopeless stress . I do it to and focus on stoic values and teachings. Better than any quak doctor or councilor could help with. Damage from all forms of betrayal can be so crippling on one's life . Even growth can emerge from the ashes of destruction . Don't give up , don't give in , don't back down . My dad taught me that when I was a young teen . That wisdom has carried me through the darkest of dangers in my life . Improvise in the face of danger and loss .

I walked away from a toxic partner, who was abusive and disrespectful. I had no option in the end, because they were not worthy of my time. I remained calm, walked away cutting them off indefinitely. This video reflected exactly as I behaved with Stoic values and principles. It reinforced the learning of personal values, morals and wisdom from the ancient stoics.

Everything is unfolding exactly as it should.
I release all worries and fears to the universe.
I am safe and protected as I surrender to sleep.
The universe is guiding me towards my highest good.
I have faith in the journey I am on.
I let go of control and allow things to flow naturally.
Each night, I release the day and embrace peace.
I am open to receiving the blessings the universe has in store for me.
I trust that everything is working out for my best interest.
I surrender to the wisdom of the universe.
I am grateful for the abundance of blessings in my life.

He asked me to be exclusive. Showed me his world. Introduced me to his beautiful daughters. The day after, he back tracked on being exclusive. I left and left him a note saying goodby. I felt betrayed, abandoned. How could he introduce me to his family, but not know if he wanted to be with me. I had a change of heart and asked if we could continue and he refuses to speak with me. I know I hurt him by leaving, but he also broke my heart. He refuses to give me a second chance. I am heartbroken.

I have walked away from a school enviroment that wanted to siphon my life force. Not by being cutting edge and challenging. but silly, petty, and slow to realize truth. I have so many loans no amount less than what I spent will make it okay. But I have my health
