Great video but that’s not true about renting and no utilities. I’ve had to pay water/sewer and lights the entire time I’ve rented. Lol

Yeah, that varies a lot from place to place. Most places I've rented the tenant pays power, gas, cable (of course), and telephone for the old timers.
