After the update, I will be replaying that first hunter encounter a few times for no particular reason :P Here’s the SoundCloud link for this mix: on.soundcloud.com/4y1aDC718VzhCRu68 Artwork is a Halo Infinite concept by Martin Deschambault (“Halo Infinite Landscape”): www.artstation.com/artwork/NGrVXP
@@smolboi9659 Nothing’s changing about it. It’s just where a certain track plays fully that I want to record (and redoing missions/checkpoints are annoying currently)
@@josh11735 OIC, the in game version of know my legend. Is there a difference between the version in the hunter encounter and the banished unsc training site?
I can confirm that the in-game soundtrack is a pain to work with for trying my hand at in-game records. Really nice work with this extension, keep it clean and good!
The minimalist beat from the first minute reminds me of the opening suite from H3 Sierra 117 right after the Brute's growl can be heard. Love how it transitions into the trip-hop vibes of Halo 4 before settling into Infinite's signature sound. Would you be open to a request/commission for a mix of Slipspace Rupture from Halo 2 and the Cartographer Choir from Halo 3?
Infinite’s percussion makes a lot of these tracks work for me! :) As for the suggestion, I could give it a look. Not sure how they’d sound if overlapped. (Funnily enough I spotted you in the comments when I went to double check Slipspace Rupture, lol.)
@@josh11735 People sleep on Slipspace Rupture because it only plays briefly during the cutscene. But it's so emblematic of the enormity and alien nature of High Charity.
Hey man, as an update to your suggestion, I did get around to messing with it. If you’re curious, here’s the result of an overlap test I did with the tracks: ua-cam.com/video/WxK_QeGMUlU/v-deo.html
@@josh11735 I am absolutely blown away because this exceeds my expectations by far. It is definitely what I'd like to be playing in the background when I'm playing Epitaph/Construct or dare play H2 and get Gemini. Love how the track feels like it's about to end when the organ pitches halfway only for the harps to kick in and give it a second wind. Thanks a bunch! For a test, this flew pretty good.
It is impressive but your mixes change the song but at the same time they are very faithful, the changes complement each other very well, I hope that more people will arrive in the not too distant future, your remixes are gold believe it or not, they are... :D

Love it! Glad you expanded on the Mini "ODST-Like" song.

O_-
Man Halo Infinite had such a banging soundtrack! The three composers really knocked it out of the park.
Thanks for all the work you do to let us enjoy Halo's music even more. Bookmarked your SoundCloud account.

Your halo music is better than Jaffet !
You do know that josh is just mixing the soundtrack loops and not actually composing those musics, right?
