There are some mods for it. There's a website for mods hub.sp-tarkov.com/ but you'd have to make sure the mod is either up to date or for your version of SIT/SPT.

You can't mod it tho right? it's just coop offline atm if i am not mistaken

Who knows, I do tend to put out very low effort, mostly unedited stuff, and that's not what's popular nowadays.
