First dish is called Egg bonda. It'll be crispy outside and soft inside. Second dish is called Tomato Bonda. Texture is same as Egg bonda, but the taste obviously differs. Third and fourth dishes in which she cut those bondas will have spicy and tangy tastes. But, to taste all these it's good if you visit India :)

We have the same thing here in the Philippines called tukneneng/ kwekkwek (hard boiled egg or quail egg coated in waffle batter 😂) but vendors don't use their bare hands cooking those. They use two spoons to completely cover the eggs in batter! It is much cleaner and efficient for the vendors because they won't be washing their hands every time and for sanitary purposes. But I respect their culture. For some countries this might be unhygienic and unacceptable to eat, but we must also consider their culture. Maybe the time will come for India to be accultured also from foreign countries and become more hygienic later on. We Filipinos also use our hands when we eat! Ofc we will wash our hands first and make sure it is clean 😅

If those people loves it and still eats it regardless of how unhygienic the food was made, we can't do anything about it. It's in their culture, and it's just normal for them to be like that. All we can do is respect them. It is hard for a community to change what they already are. 😊 and it is better to teach what is right rather than to mock them. 🤗
I always prefer street food instead of restaurants, ,bcz they (restaurants) hv low quality with high price,,,,bt I must notice about street food that the place or ingredient is clean or not.
No doubt we respect your hard work and dedication towards it but you should think of Hygiene as well. Small things like wearing a gloves helps alot. I'm sure they can afford it.

We have the same thing here in the Philippines called tukneneng/ kwekkwek (hard boiled egg or quail egg coated in waffle batter 😂) but vendors don't use their bare hands cooking those. They use two spoons to completely cover the eggs in batter! It is much cleaner and efficient for the vendors because they won't be washing their hands every time and for sanitary purposes. But I respect their culture. For some countries this might be unhygienic and unacceptable to eat, but we must also consider their culture. Maybe the time will come for India to be accultured also from foreign countries and become more hygienic later on. We Filipinos also use our hands when we eat! Ofc we will wash our hands first and make sure it is clean 😅

If those people loves it and still eats it regardless of how unhygienic the food was made, we can't do anything about it. It's in their culture, and it's just normal for them to be like that. All we can do is respect them. It is hard for a community to change what they already are. 😊 and it is better to teach what is right rather than to mock them. 🤗
Maybe the utensils and other equipments are costly and they can't afford it. India is in a third world country, we must also consider that. 😊

I always prefer street food instead of restaurants, ,bcz they (restaurants) hv low quality with high price,,,,bt I must notice about street food that the place or ingredient is clean or not.
