The flow looks so weird, why have the bathroom on one end, and the main bedroom on the opposite side. especially going AROUND the Murphy bed. old cabins had it between kitchen and bedroom... (shared pluming as well)
I think it's really pretty but was telling my family how I feel like it's too "clean". I know that sounds odd, but it doesn't give the same feel as it did with the log cabin. :/
Trying to figure out why they don’t have bathtubs if they are so “kid friendly” with their step stool 🤔loved the cabins before. Unfortunately our daughter is terrified of showers she will only take baths. So this can’t be an option for us anytime soon
These have no style, theme, ambience or character. They might as well be a cruise line insert. At best they're a weak prefab, that doesn't say Disney, it could be for any place or any company. Doesn't fit Ft. Wilderness at all. WDI is dead, they have no real ideas. She's says UMM so many times because even she knows that there's really nothing exciting to talk about!
I love the “idea” but these lack any real character and theming outside of some pictures and a few color pops here and there. I wanted to buy a small add on contract at the cabins. We are DVC and my husband loves the fort. He vacationed there as a kid regularly. But this doesn’t give any cabin character/vibe. And there is no washer/dryer. Plus the flow is odd. Why did they move the bathroom all the way over on the other end from the bedroom. And the bunks still in the bedroom section means the layout won’t be optimal as the family ages and if you buy in, there is no other option but that specific cabin to book at 11-8 months. And then there are the dues… 3 strikes and they’re out. We aren’t adding them. Will just wait and see what poky tower looks like.
So disapointed. We stayed last year couldnt wait to go back to the woodsy cabin. Im literally shocked that they would delete them! So disapointed. Dont know how they could come up with this.
This modern tiny home/food co-op style does not fit the Fort Wilderness theme at all. Also, Murphy beds do not meet the high quality standard Disney used to set. If I'm staying at Disney, I'm not sleeping in a Murphy bed.
The cabin is really nice definitely an update and light and air but the person giving the tour and the video I mean literally they could’ve picked a much better person who could actually give a good tour
So we have stayed at the cabins on 2 trips to Disney. We loved the way they looked. We loved it so much I was going to purchase a DVC in the cabins. Thinking they would be similar to the old cabins. The old cabins were totally themed appropriately. These are nice but I don’t see cabins. I don’t see fort wilderness campground. They look beautiful but they do not fit the theme of wilderness. I am from Michigan and love Disney, I am disappointed in these. The set up is not desirable. I like the old set up much better. The look was super cute. We even spent Christmas there once. I can’t buy into these. The yearly fees are the most expensive out of all of the DVC’s. Disney come on
It’s been about 5-7 years of resorts missing the mark. Somewhere else they would be fine. At WDW they are a HUGE disappointment. STORY AND THEME. We should not have to explain that. Might as well go to an Airbnb.
The only thing I understood from watching this video was Um Ummm Ummmmm Ummm Umm Umm Ummmm Ummmmmmmm Um Umm that’s all I heard being said throughout the video, I almost lost it
These are disappointing. Also, what's up with the dishwasher? It is tilted very oddly. It doesn't look correct. It seems like for a model 'cabin' they would have gotten that done right.
Such a disappointment. Stayed at the original cabins MANY times, and our family loved each holiday. We will not be staying at these “new” cabins. So disappointed with all of the changes at Disney, from the “cabins” to the ridiculous changes with Fast Passes, etc.
They screwed up the Star Wars franchise. Why wouldn't they do the same to another classic like the Fort Wilderness Cabins. Walt Disney would by turning over in his grave.
These look great! Disney probably saw that most people weren't too privy towards the old school log cabin style rooms, especially with how much they cost. This should attract tons more people to enjoying the wonders of Fort Wilderness!
The old cabins did a better job of connecting guests to nature.
It really doesn't give cabin to me with this new design. More airbnb/typical vacation rental energy. But the artwork on the wall is cute!
The problem I have with this new design is that it lacks any real theming. Nothing about it makes me think “rustic” or “wilderness”.
The flow looks so weird, why have the bathroom on one end, and the main bedroom on the opposite side. especially going AROUND the Murphy bed. old cabins had it between kitchen and bedroom... (shared pluming as well)
I think there are cold modern it's fort wild the old cabins were beautiful. I think big mistake changing them
Ummm…um…umm. Jeez! This is the spokesperson for Disney?
I could have found several hourly wage folks who would have done a better job selling these! 🤣
DOES NOT LOOK LIKE CABINS LIKE THE OLD ONES BETTER...MORE LIKE A HOTEL ROOM BUT NICE TO SEE ROOMS BIGGER
I was so distracted by the number of times the CM said “umm” that I could barely focus on the tour itself
Same
I had to turn it off.
Bland bland bland bland BLAND! Could they have chosen a more dull design? I mean seriously…
I think it's really pretty but was telling my family how I feel like it's too "clean". I know that sounds odd, but it doesn't give the same feel as it did with the log cabin. :/
@@rmbdoremi115 yeah it’s not rustic feeling at all.
The previous cabins had sturdy rough hewn-style rustic furniture and features, this stuff looks like flimsy low end Ikea crap
They should these DVC cabins where they were supposed to put that hotel on the old river country water park land.
Trying to figure out why they don’t have bathtubs if they are so “kid friendly” with their step stool 🤔loved the cabins before. Unfortunately our daughter is terrified of showers she will only take baths. So this can’t be an option for us anytime soon
So disappointed in these new cabins. The old cabins were my absolute favorite place to stay, so nostalgic for my family.
Was it Ms. "Um" who designed these boring cabins?
ok i just not feeling it ... its just not cozy and it feels cold... like ... its just like any hotel room anywhere!!!!!!!

absolutely shook they removed the bath tub. what sense is that? a stool “for little ones” and an extra sink for “larger families”… and no tub?? wild.

Looks good but it is like a airbnb and less cabin dis feel
So disapointed. We stayed last year couldnt wait to go back to the woodsy cabin. Im literally shocked that they would delete them! So disapointed. Dont know how they could come up with this.

Ms. Suzanne is killing me with her saying “um” every 3rd word 🤦🏾♀️
looks like DR, office inside.
If I could change two things I’d add a washer and dryer and remove the bunk beds out of the main bedroom.
This no longer looks like camping. The old cabins were better.

No likey. The original cabins had a rustic charm which fit for the resort. These look cheap like a Motel 6. Very disappointed
Hideous, wanted to stay at the cabins but will never ever stay there as long as these are in place
i give up. this may have done it for me. probably going to stay OFF PROPERTY next time.

Oh wow, they ruined it. How awesome.
Terrible. My brothers and I stayed at the cabins in 2015. Loved the outdoor feel. This has taken that away.
Not a cabin, looks like a modern apartment nothing I want to stay in. I’ve stayed in the old cabins and they looked like they belong in the wilderness.
Awful..should have never been changed..these people must work for Marriott..Hate the detheming of Disney Resorts..
it looks so crowded
These are disappointing. Also, what's up with the dishwasher? It is tilted very oddly. It doesn't look correct. It seems like for a model 'cabin' they would have gotten that done right.
These should not be called cabins. They're not cabins. They're tiny homes. And do not feel like Disney at all.
That was a LOT of "ums", besides, they're ruined the cabin experience
wdw resort is slowly just turning into nothing but dvc.
Good job but she should learn to talk without the " UM" aide
Such a disappointment. Stayed at the original cabins MANY times, and our family loved each holiday. We will not be staying at these “new” cabins. So disappointed with all of the changes at Disney, from the “cabins” to the ridiculous changes with Fast Passes, etc.
Ummmm
You could of made them look more like cabins not this.
This an embarrassment to the vast history of Walt Disney World
Newer YES better NO…. Someone ruined a great thing
I would never buy anything this lady is talking about. She really needs to be trained better.
I'm sorry, this person should not be a spokesman for Disney. What a horrible presentation.
the art is the only good thing
everything else detracts. NOT cohesive
I, um, um... nevermind.
yuck
They screwed up the Star Wars franchise. Why wouldn't they do the same to another classic like the Fort Wilderness Cabins. Walt Disney would by turning over in his grave.
Absolutely ugly ... How much are they charging for this mess?. Hobbit cabins was the way to go.......
These look great! Disney probably saw that most people weren't too privy towards the old school log cabin style rooms, especially with how much they cost. This should attract tons more people to enjoying the wonders of Fort Wilderness!
so sad
These are awful. And I HATE the floors they’re putting in the rooms now.
