Please. Where is this anywhere near a Technique resembling Still? He did not describe a single technique ever. The only still mechanism existing in Osteopathy is the still point in c-s mechanism.
Just an editorial comment, saying "um, um" in every sentence makes you look unprepared and when giving a speech its probably a good idea not to be chewing gum at the same time
Sorry, This ain't right at all!! the techniques as she performs don't demonstrate effectiveness!! Yes it's a shame to Osteopathy, and TO USE STILL'S NAME IS DISRESPECTFUL ON THIS DEMONSTRATION! Megan shows to use nicely some of the osteopathic vocabulary while explaining but that is little, all the rest is poor and can only misled! the techniques as she performs don't demonstrate effectiveness!! from the start: chewing gum! 1:15 does that little misapplied compression force inhibits ANY muscles across the joint? really?? you should reflect on that! 1:53 "only contraindication is fracture, and that's really it!" I can't either bother to write a short contraindications list!! what a reductionist and toughtless approach! be careful with your patients!!, 1st rib technique is also poorly applied by rotating the shoulder, that won't prove enough to cause a desired effect on the rib! I wish you the best of success, but Megan you really need to improve if you want to call this osteopathic techniques, and take this as positive criticism please! wish you well and please honour Still and Osteopathy, Kind Regards
She pauses too much like she don't know what she's talking about I don't know if she's a doctor or just a physical therapist but I don't think I want her touching me.
Would love to see more videos using the Still technique !
Great video! Will there be a reunion episode of Didactics Online one day? 🤞🏼

No, it's not a shame to osteopathy, as osteopathy in and of itself is a shame
Interesting. I'm curious to know what your thoughts are on it. I was thinking of seeing one and would like to know more about it.

1) It's called osteopathic medicine. Not osteopathy, that's completely different.
2) It's Still Technique. AT Still did not develop it himself.
this is a shame to Osteopathy
how nice of you
Would love to see more videos using the Still technique !
