I am a performance plus member, but when I went into the account tab and to the ForeFlight labs section this option was not in there. What do I need to do?
You may need to update your app to the latest version (14.2.2) - look in More > About at the top of the page to find the version number. If you've done that and still don't see the ForeFlight Labs option, please email team@foreflight.com so our Pilot Support Team can assist you.
I agree with Chris Stoughton, I have performance plus but no option for the new W&B feature under my “accounts” section. What’s the deal? Update 10 minutes later…. I noticed the option is available on my iPhone but not on my iPad. That will work, thanks!
Most likely your iPhone updated to the latest app version but not your iPad. That may have happened automatically by now, but if not feel free to email team@foreflight.com if you need assistance.
Our Migration Assistant should allow you to migrate your existing W&B profiles to the new version with minimal work. If you're encountering problems with that, please email team@foreflight.com so our Pilot Support Team can assist.
With the new Weight & Balance paradigm your W&B profile is tied directly to your Aircraft profile, so you can access those weights in More > Aircraft. Just scroll down the page for the right aircraft until you reach the "Weights" section.

Great change but can the green and red buttons be brought back into the new W&B?
That was easy way to quickly add or remove a person/ cargo.
What green and red buttons are you referring to? Do you mean the checkboxes for adding and removing people/cargo from different stations?
How do I add a utility category to my W&B profile?
Build a second envelope with the utility weight/cg limits
