Hi Mr.Wes ..thank u soo much for your spectacular lesson...whenever I used to see your class i was motivated to speak like a native speaker...thanks a million again..I'm so grateful to your classes..
Thank you for this video! I love American accent. 🇺🇸 American accent is easy for me because my mother language is Spanish but I speak with a Latino accent. Latin American Spanish has many words from American English . British accent is not used here in Latin America, just in Europe, Africa, South Asia and Down Under. All of your videos are useful and none of them is boring. Keep it up! 😁
Dim- sum is the loan word from China. Thank you so much for all the tips on American pronunciation and your accent is like a typical Canadian in Toronto.
Thank you Wes I don't believe that I have to make double effort for pronunciation as long as my speech is understandable, however,I don't also encourage to omit it as it is still an important element.
Yes, sure, i agree, small nuances are the most important! Your level of English would be on a better level if you learn to incorporate what Wes taught inthis lesson.
Thanks Sir for sharing the amazing pronunciation info. May I share something; Pyjamas is actually Urdu word, it's basically pronounced as Paay(legs) jaama(cloth to cover) And this was borrowed by English. Stay blessed.
Hi, Wes I love of your videos. What about letter T in words like prinTer - inTernet - twenTy. In all of those words (after a letter "n") letter "T" seems to be silent or mute. What is the explanation?
My classmates always wonder what does wanna mean whenever I use lol but seriously they can't almost learn anything from school since communication is the biggest part of learning a language so that they can remember more than school...
Hello there, Wes! Happy Tuesday! How's it going? Thanks so much for this extremely useful video lesson on American English pronunciation. Looking forward to more helpful contents from you. Till then, I hope you enjoy the rest of the day and have a good remainder of your week. All the best!
The word "Castle" in English is a great anomaly in pronunciation, the pronunciation is opposite to the position of the consonants of the word. The pronunciation of "castle" is /casel/. The syllable "stle", you read /sel/. The word "AXLE" is pronounced by inverting the "E" and the "L". You pronounce it //AXEL//.
