- We’re going to re-create Scotland’s only 4 level interchange. This left hand UK interchange, handles heavy traffic flow every day, and it's been upgraded from a standard 3-level roundabout interchange to what you'll see in the video today.
The video will be packed with little tips and tricks to help you plan out and get your interchanges looking good.
This interchange was build live on stream and this is the shortened, edited, tutorial gameplay style video I've made out of that footage. If you want to check the live stream, I've linked it below.

This is fantastic. Great to see a junction I use regularly and great to see some Scottish representation too! Would be interested to see you carry this on in a future instalement to the next junction and connect it to the Shawhead flyover at Coatbridge with the M8, A8 and A725 all connecting together.

The m50 n3 blanchardstown interchange in dublin is a similar base concept yet a different version of this.

The Central Motorway in Newcastle (A167M) has some great contenders, but the section between its junction with the Great North Road (B1318) and its junction with the Coast Road (A1058) is quite interesting as it's a stacked motorway with slip roads on both sides, and the junctions essentially blend together as they're so close (54°58'56.6"N 1°36'36.8"W). Not actually sure this is entirely possible in CS2 at this point though!

It looks incomplete because it was originally meant to have a twin to the east, and they built in stubs for future connections between the two, but the second motorway was never built in the end.
There's this Spaghetti junction in Birmingham that looks very interesting personallly. Tried to do it myself on CS1 but I'm terrible at it 😅

I live about 10 miles from this interchange and use it a lot. It’s a mess of bodged together solutions and it suffers from big lines of traffic in the morning.
The main roundabout isn’t a circle, it’s more egg shaped. The radius change will give you a fright the first time if you’re doing any sort of speed. Which you will be, because the roundabout is massive and you can go round it at 50-60mph.
Also if you fancy a real headache, try the interchange about 10 miles west of this one, where the M8, M74 and M77 all become one big massive traffic jam. I’ve built it couple of times and never really managed to get it looking quite right.
Fortunately anytime in on it, it's usually zipping over the M73 and I don't have to deal with that big roundabout. Not fun trying to get out on that 😂
I watched the video with the sound off, didn’t realise you were a native, I just assumed you were American and had only seen the interchange from google maps 🙈
Another good one to get pissed off while building is the M8/ A803 at Townhead. What a mess that is 😂
@@garrymillstones517 haha, yep, hail from the Sunny Southside 😊. I had a look at the Townhead one before and nopped out of that straight away 😂 I think I'd only give that a crack if I was doing a Glasgow specific build
@@piccana_ I’m doing a Glasgow thing just now on CS1. Glasgow type layout but with American buildings just cos I like the American style assets on the workshop.

Yep, I think (but I could be wrong) it's the only point on the network where motorways completely intersect. Everywhere else I can think of are 3 way connections. 👍

Hi bro, you now how to configurate better de ilumination and the ambientance in cities 2, in the beta verson of the game the ilumination was much better than we have now, please make a tutorial
I'll not make a tutorial but I'll give you some in-game settings to make it look good. Clouds and fog switched off to make it brighter. Keep the map on the summer season, you can do this via dev mode and turn off precipitation via dev mode or weather+ mod. You can use preserve photo mod or lumina mod to keep the following settings while you play. Post exposure, 0.6. contrast 11. Saturation between 30-60 depending on your monitor. Do all this and you will have a bright, vivid game 👍
You made some real monster here. Im absolutly speakless is it realy possible I think I get lots if I should drive there one roundabout with onelane is ok for me maybe thats why I dont drive anymore. I have been driven all that I wanted While I workt and now I just take a bus or subway

@@AhriCRose Might be able to copy and paste some interchanges soon with mods. We'll need to see if it works ok. Helping test something now, so fingers crossed.
