Great points about drinking vs. collectable/investment wines! With regards to your recommended wines, I can vouch for enjoyability of the 2019 Mondavi Napa CS and Beringer Knights Valley CS (albeit 2019 vintage). Even for my relatively novice wine experience, I could distinguish the two: the former had a more red fruit profile (even compared to its 2021 vintage) with more finesse while latter tasted more of dark fruits. Both are terrific quality for their respective price brackets (in the U.S., Beringer KV is in $20-30 range while Mondavi Napa $40-50).👍👍 The Blue-Eyed Boy should really be named the Blue-Teeth Boy.🤣😂😝
I enjoy this series a lot. Visiting Vancouver from Ontario tomorrow for a week and staying downtown. Which BC Liquor locations in the Lower Mainland have the best wine selections?
John: glad to know you find this useful. The 3 best selection in my opinion are Alberni (downtown), 39th & Cambie and Brighouse Richmond although I really like the new Arbutus store as well...not as much selection of the high end stuff but laid out very well and easy to understand. Cheers!
Great video, Trophy. Looking forward to the higher end wine reviews.
Pete: thank you for your continued support. Please like, subscribe and keep watching. Cheers!
That’s it! Drinking less but drinking better.
😀😀
