Please state clearly in the video that this sample is for the project in sector 61. Is there any official confirmation that sector 89 one is going to be the same kind? It's difficult to assume since both projects fall in 2 completely different price categories.
is these all the facility like basement terrace and theater separate for flat lord or not mem or these are common for all lords
Regarding connectivity M3M promised golf course extension Road connectivity to flats owners of flats constructed in sector 66 gurgaon but till date same is not provided .No permanent electricity is provided in sector 66 flats , no drinking water is available and no permanent provision for sewerage disposal is done though most of flat owners have occupied flats and are protesting against builder for various problems including foul smell in open area due to sewerage water getting collected in open area as sewerage line is not laid out .
These things should be considered instead of going by photos of sample flats etc while making plan for investment in new projects of M3M.Otherwise what fixtures and furniture is shown is not available with flat and is designed by interior designer to give a good look to attract bookings .
When Brokers say 5 minutes, it means you would drive Atleast 60km per hour with no red lights and no one will jump in front of you including cattles. So roughly 10 minutes means 10-12 km.
Like I bought a home which is 15 minutes away from International airport but I take an hour.

I m totally confused about sect 89 and 61...no correct information a ailable. We don't even know how the flat actually looks like...it's 89 or 61 sector both r differently priced projects..don't confuse us please...

Why are we seeing the same flat same dialogs which we saw earlier for Gems?
If that is not the case then as per your videos for the same location and same flat Gems one is costing 96lakhs and Soulitude one 99 lakhs. Why?
